I wanted to buy a vape product , I had my ID and it was horizontal but when they scanned it , it was not coming up. The manager. (Shorter , brunette lady) said it isn’t scanning because it’s an ID and not a drivers license and because of that she could not sell it to me. When my ID shows I’m well over 21. And it’s valid. Wish she would have gave me a receipt because I would’ve wrote to corporate also. I understand an employee doing this, but a manager.. that’s just ridiculous. QTs would never.

Third time I have gone into this location been given the wrong cigarettes and then told with an Attitude there’s nothing they can do about it after they completed the sale so over $100 wasted at this store because they’re too incompetent to pay attention to what they are doing

Whoever is the regional manager for the Circle K at 3 E Main Street should consider moving in a different direction for the store manager position, or at the very least give a stern talking to the manager, whom I will not be naming in the post. Ive been at this Circle K my entire life, and NEARLY every single time, one of 3 things happens under this new managementA. Manager yells at employees, often throwing them under the bus and failing to take responsibility herselfB. Unsanitary, whenever Vinny or Raymond aren't working, with bugs flying around the fountain drinksC. Disrespectful attitude towards customers or workers from the managerNot all of my experiences are bad here, the workers make for great conversation, and they try their hardest, despite the horrible circumstances their boss puts them in then blames them for. Ive seen this manager come into the job extremely intoxicated. Im shocked Circle K would choose someone like that to represent their brand at all.Highly highly recommend taking your business to other places in the area in the meantime. This place on a bad day is something straight out of a comedy skit. The workers are great though. The only reason this gets 1 star instead of 0 is because of them.

Every morning this circle k is not open. The system is down way too much! There is always one worker at all times on the register. I will never go back to circle k. Quik trip is better everyone!! Go! No waiting! Prices are better and they are never shut down.

Circle K's are the worst even the newer stores. They are always out of sugar , sandwiches .Sometimes they are not even open because their internet is down. No water in the buckets to clean your windshield. QT'S are the bomb, the stores are always clean, the attendants are always nice and helpful, The gas island is always up and running, no broken gas pumps. They both have their ups and downs. Circle K Has more downs than anything.

Alex R. on night shift has been by far one of the best workers at this store. Even during events he stays calm and professional, he keeps the store clean and stocked in between customers, greets each person, and I been coming here for a while. Someone in upper corporate should take a second look and recognize his worth for his position cause truly he deserves to be higher up, I'm sure he has a lot to offer and he isn't getting the opportunity to show y'all his value. Leaving this here in hopes he gets recognized for his hard work as night shift people usually gets passed by a lot in retail stores. An I hope he sees this review as well and knows he is appreciated!!

If i could give the store a 0 star I would. First time ever walking in there, The cashier was Mr Robert, big tall tattooed guy he seemed very nice at first, He got me in and out of the store very quickly but forgot to give me my receipt. and when i told him he said that if I wanted it that I had to ask him for my receipt. Well guess what i didn't know i had to ask for my receipt. So then nicely I asked if I could have my receipt, he told me that i had to wait because he had a line and he had to take care of customer first?. So I waited and I waited and I waited and that line never got smaller people were just coming in...and then it looked like he was just ignoring me, then he "said are you serious ma'am are you gonna make me look through all these receipt?" Wow! I've been standing there patiently waiting for my receipt for a minute know.. I said yes I need it. Then I asked him for customer support number, and he said " really mamá you going to report me. Wow! All I wanted was just my receipt I had to just walk out there cuz he just Keep going and going about how good of a person he was ?... and how I shouldn't call customer support? I wonder why. But any ways I still walk out there with out my receipt ? never again will I go there...Date 4-8-2022 Time 6:30pm.

Absolute garbage establishment! Ran out if gas an pump wouldn't take the card. Paper sign in window closed till *:** time comes and stays closed for another half hour refusing to open to run my card! Absolute trash!
