Almost everyone working there is fast/friendly. However, I just met one, I wanted a sandwich but there's no microwave. She tells me if I buy one she can warm it up in the back. Okay I bought two and she says they have to be circle k brand to warm them. Then I wanted to use my debit to add money to my v-metro card. She tells me I have to wait because she's at the self service register and it's cash only. This is ridiculous, terrible employee who needs restraining.

Why is customer service such a difficult concept these days. I approached the counter to pay for my items, and I was told to use self check out. There were 3 employees in the building, and the one at the counter was doing some paper work of some kind. How am I, as the customer, not more important than paper work.

So for some reason the couple in front of me were getting taken care of as I got in line right behind them. As soon as they were done I stepped up to the counter to buy some gas, but for whatever reason the lady at the register decided to pick up a stack of paper that was stapled together and start reading through it instead of asking me what I needed. Then her manager I assume walked up behind me in line and they started conversing about what was going on with the paperwork. They had a conversation for about 2 minutes until I decided to interrupt and then the cashier finally decided to ask me what I needed. Very rude, not customer oriented behavior. Especially since it was a manager who was behind me in line that was talking to the cashier. It seems like you would take care of a customer before you start talking about mistakes that involved the paperwork? I’m not sure if it had something to do with my skin color, but the couple in front of me wasn’t waiting 2 minutes to ask to buy some gas. I definitely won’t be going back and giving them any more of my money. Am I overreacting or should the customer come before internal issues? I’d rather run out of gas and walk than to give them any more of my money

Deborah lately has had a bad attitude i usually don’t say anything. This time I am I needed ice and because she doesn’t want to walk outside I have to come to another store i would of been happy to wait for the other customers to leave so she can open the ice machine.

Avoid this location,it is the absolute worst! I went in there the other night when an older white lady with a bun was cashier, I was in the self checkout line and the young man ahead of me paid and walked away but the machine had not yet announced it yet and she blurted out "stop you didn't pay!" And when he turned and tried to explain he did the machine hadn't caught up yet it had said clearly on screen transaction complete she rudley interrupted him by blurting the same thing out again. When it finally said it out loud she rolled her eyes and turned away. But quickly turned when she saw I had two polar pop cups,The first one I had grabbed had an inch tear down the side so it was leaking,instead of pouring it out and throwing away cup I just placed it in other one. She grabbed the cups out of my hands and pulled the second one off and kept it and handed back my broken one and said "you have to pay for two" I tried to tell her it was broken but she refused so I went over to drinks and just completely poured it into another cup and threw away broken one, she quickly followed me to drink station and grabbed the old cup and immediately said "it's not broken",Extremely unnecessary.
And a month ago I had gone in a older short Hispanic lady was working standing behind hot food station on her phone,There was an older gentleman standing at register that had asked for her assistance and without even looking up from phone she told him "self checkout" he asked for assistance again and was ignored, he needed cigarettes which he could not get at self checkout. I was standing in line for a few minutes waiting for her to come help and I had to eventually ask her to come over because we needed her assistance, so lazy.

Why are circle k pump receipts always out? When I go in to get a receipt I should NOT have to wait in line! Its only logical. If I were a customer inside I would want a person getting a receipt (because your employees fail to refill pump tape) to go to front of line. Please teach the girl at the register. Friday May 26 approx 530pm

Me and my boyfriend have been going to this circle K for a long time and I’ve been going myself since I’ve lived in Avondale never once a problem but whoever this new manager is there is rude & highly disrespectful she wears glasses long black hair middle aged woman. My boyfriend scanned his card and the card reader wasn’t working and he was paying for a bag chips since it didn’t work the first time she assumed right away that he was trying to steal instead of trying to try the card again she snatched the bag of chips from him thinking he was going to bolt out the door. Another instance I witnessed was a young man cashing out going on about how rude she was to him as soon as he got into the store and how disrespectful she was to him when he tried to ask for assistance and she acted as if she didn’t want to help him and it could of been the simplest fix. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing because my boyfriend is black and so was that young man. Another things is as I’m telling an employee this as I’m checking out she says and I quote “She’s always rude to us( the employees) and always accuses them of stealing or bashing them while they work .Someone like that should not be in management. Even as I was walking out the door other customers behind me were asking how she looked and when I explained they agreed rd they’ve had similar to the same situations with her.I myself am a manger and whether the customer is wrong, it is never okay to be rude and disrespectful to a customer. It makes the situation worse. For a so called “manager” to bash your employees while on shift IN FRONT of customers is never professional at all she either needs to be talked to, demoted, or fired !
