It's Saturday June 1st 2024. The store has advertised hours with 7am opening time. It's now 720am and no movement inside the store. Customers are starting to get impatient. This is not how you run a business!!

Steven was the best. Came in for a coolant hose Steven and another customer helped me out. Gave me the hose for free, just paid for some hose clamps. Dude was the best

How incompetent on the 7 pm shift today. I went to charge the battery in my car and they didn't even take the time to check it, they just told me that it wasn't useful... they should have people with more experience and not the 2 guys today, the service at the auto zone is terrible. from 109 ave indian school??

I only give three stars only because of the employees who work, they come several times when I go and they pay more attention to their conversations and their cell phones than to the customer, the only one who maintains excellent customer service and is very professional in his work is Steven, I don't speak English and even so I prefer him to be the one to take care of me, 5 stars for him and train others.

Went from being my go to spot for years to never going there again as of recently , staff are rude and look sooo ready to go home. Issues with (non used) returning parts etc.

Only if I could give this place NO STARTS I most defiantly would! All the employees are RUDE & LAZY. Instead of them helping customers out they are on their phones literally telling customers it will be a few but DO NOT OUT THIER PHONES DOWN. I rather take a drive out but I will never go back into this one location!
