When I told them of our trip that was coming up they said that if they couldn’t get it done we could wait (as it was all cosmetic damage) and get it done after the trip but would let us know if they could get all the parts needed and have it back to us in under a week. Well man did they come through. They also put up with my attitude that I had ( I blame lack of sleep, but still I should have been more patient) due to the radio not working after picking up my vehicle. It was a simple reset that took mere minutes. I want to say thank you for the job done and fully warranted. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again but if I do I know where to go!”

“On Sunday I brought my car to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale I arrived a little early, so I sat in front and waited for the store to open. A man walked up to me. His name was Lupe and explained that they were not open yet, but asked what was wrong with my car. even though they were not open, Lupe still checked my battery for me and confirmed that I did indeed need a new battery . After I purchased the new battery, and even thought it was a difficult job., Lupe still installed the new battery with no problem. I constantly returned back to O’Reilly‘s because of the amazing customer service I get there . There is several places that sell auto parts, but I would never deviate from going to O’Reillys again and again. I am so thankful to Lupe and the entire staff at O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale.
