“The Toyota Corolla Cross is what I wanted . I had gone to two Toyota dealerships before visiting Avondale Toyota. In the first dealership the salesman brought out a used Corolla crossover- I had stated I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. Clearly, the salesman just wanted to make a sale. The second dealership the salesman was over confident, and when he went to talk to manager for additional discount he clapped his hands and laughed. To me an indication he was still going to have a great commission.

“Decided it was time to move to a hybrid SUV from my Ford Expedition. Decided to go with a Toyota Sequoia as I knew with all the experience that Toyota had with hybrids going back over the years with the Prius, that going with Toyota would be the best bet. After spending some time online, I went to Avondale Toyota and met up with "Toyota" Tommy Severado. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and laid out all the options. I got a good price for my trade in, and we were able to make a great deal on a brand new unit that was coming in the following week. There was no hassle and no pressure, which is what I loved, and there was no trying to slip add-ons past me at the deal close. Everything that was added was what I asked for, with nothing more on. We had to wait a few days before we could finalize the deal because the vehicle was still in transit. However, Tommy contacted me when ready and I completed everything online without having to go to the dealership to sign. I loved that part of the experience. The deal was done quickly, but accurately, and I felt I got a great deal. Tommy was great, and will definitely go back to Avondale Toyota for future purchases. “On Sunday I brought my car to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale I arrived a little early, so I sat in front and waited for the store to open. A man walked up to me. His name was Lupe and explained that they were not open yet, but asked what was wrong with my car. even though they were not open, Lupe still checked my battery for me and confirmed that I did indeed need a new battery . After I purchased the new battery, and even thought it was a difficult job., Lupe still installed the new battery with no problem. I constantly returned back to O’Reilly‘s because of the amazing customer service I get there . There is several places that sell auto parts, but I would never deviate from going to O’Reillys again and again. I am so thankful to Lupe and the entire staff at O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale.
