If you're looking for the right people to assist you, ask for Madie & Isbeth. They are simply amazing to work with.There was one instance when I needed to transfer titles for 15 trucks. It was undoubtedly a significant task, but Madie & Isbeth handled it with utmost professionalism and patience. Their ability to manage such a complex and high-volume task impressed me deeply.Additionally, the fact that they offer extended hours and close late is a huge plus, especially for those with busy schedules. Saturday Experience: 12:30 PM: signed in using a IPad sitting at the corner of the employees Transaction Windows... 12:40 called up to sign take photo and pay:Payment: Expired renewal permit fee-$47.00Drivers license Road test:$100.0012:50: Told to take a seat and that there were 4 test waiting in front of us. 25 minutes per test give or takeSo a 2 hour wait. Opinion only: I should have went to ADOT MVD payed less and waited the same amount of time probably even less. So the choice is yours go to MVD and get shitty service for cheap or come here to get shitty service for an extra cost. How much is shitty service worth to you???This place is definitely taking advantage of the inflation bullshit. Good luck

Office full people and half the staff is sitting there not assisting talking to other employees concerning personal matters. If you're on break you need to be taking your break off the floor. That's what the break room is for.

my first experience here went well but the 2 most recent.. not at all. some of the people who work here are so miserable and bitter. I worked in customer service for over 5 years and have never treated people this way, especially when someone is being nothing but polite and respectful. you can be the nicest person in the world but some of these workers will go into it from the jump with a negative attitude regardless. hope they find some positivity in their lives cause this is sad.

Purchased a used car on 12/31/21 and was waiting for my title.So, I called to see how long it takes to get it in the mail. I was told to come in and see if I requested it be mailed to me.The rep told me if I didn't the first request would be free or I'd have to pay $20 something to get one.I went in and they told me I didn't ask for one.First off, why wouldn't I?Then they told me it would be $20 something to get one and I asked why when I just called, they said it would be free!I was told things change all the time there!Wow! So just rip a senior citizen off of $20 something.I guess things do really change fast over there as it did in the 10 minutes it took me to drive there.Also, there is no corporate number to call and lodge a complaint so I did it here and will also on BBB.

Don't bother booking an appointment here...the walk in line moves faster.We had a 2pm appointment and it meant nothing because we waiting 2 hours to get called.Classic DMV.2 stars because A/C I guess.
