Went into the store today and spent $1022 on two phones. I was sold two phone chargers that came with C chargers and I bought two iPhones which means they don’t work. I had my daughter run them back to exchange them and she was told no returns on accessories. It’s the job of the employee to make sure we are getting what works with our phones. Paying $60 for two charges that are no use to us makes no sense. I think leaving a new employee of 2 weeks running a shop on her own is not very professional or good for business. I’m giving 3 stars because the young girl who was working alone was a sweetheart. Cricket you need to change your return/exchange policy or you will lose a lot of business.

The service Cricket provides yo it's customers us inadequate, terrible, improper, rude, and disrespectful. They have not enough tower power to provide competent cell service. My phone doesn't receive calls, texts, and messages. The phones they sell are old, outdated and don't work properly and when returned to Cricket for repairs, they come back not repaired. When one calls Cricket, many of the employees aren't properly trained to help with problems. I have returned my phone 2 times for repairs and still not fixed. Plus the second time the phone was not sent back in a timely manner. This company is a disgrace. It needs to be investigated by the federal govt. I will never use Cricket service again. It is worse then a 3rd world company.

Awesome experience!!!! Staff are all extremely friendly, store looks amazing with the remodel! And great customer service!
