Remember when banks had actual employees? Every visit to Wells Fargo these days is a line of people and 1 teller. Wait longer, wait longer, never get a call back, you guys charge 20+% interest but offer 1/2% in return.

Very upset with this location, so tired of Wells Fargo, after 30 years of banking with them I'm done. Waited in the lobby for the "Manager" to come out to get a notary done. Waited 45 minutes and finally gave up and left. They said she's on the phone with a client. Wells Fargo your customer service sucks I'm done with you!

I had issues at daylight teller, so when I came inside I met Kim Pierce, I didn't realize she was the branch manager, she was so sweet...and understanding didn't make me feel stupid like some places would do. Kim was so helpful has I had to come in 2 days in a row.. I would give her 10 stars if I could.. She should teach employees how to treat people.... Xoxo Sandra lee

I have banked with Wells Fargo for 32 years had many other branches as home branch. This one,Kimberly Pierce and her whole team are just consistently disappointing !!!!

I had an excellent experience today at this location. I worked with Dillon Staples, and he was very friendly and helpful. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It was a little bit of a wait to be helped, which is to be expected on a Saturday. Overall, though, I enjoyed my time here today.

I went to open a checking and savings account and Kevin in account services was very rude and unprofessional. He upset me so much that I left and went to another branch. I do not recommend this location.

I've been a loyal wellsfargo customer for over a decade now always been beyond Satisfied with the service provided until today, The manager Aaron rudely kicked me and wife out of the atm because we wore taking to long while making a deposit, we will never return to this branch and honestly thinking about pulling all assent and fun and switching banks after this very disrespectful encounter never have I had such a horrible experience in public.

Drive up services only??? Don't even try and blame tye B's on covid. If you need more employees it's a simple equation. Offer better pay, hours, working conditions and benefits. The people will come.

Came in to replace my debit card due to unauthorized activity, I was a little disappointed that they stopped doing temporary cards, But this quickly changed because Allan helped me with ordering a new card and installing my digital wallet something I was very hesitant to do. He also helped with submitting a claim after having some small talk about a recent trip and debit transaction something he did not have to do. He was very courteous, fast and efficient. He made the 20 min I spent at the bank one of the best experiences ever. Great Job Wells Fargo for having amazing employees like Allan working for you!!!

Since you have to make an appt several days out I called and talked to a banker... He was EXTREMELY rude... Didn't know how to communicate what he was trying to say... And when I pointed out how he was being rude and asked what his name was all the sudden he could hear me and hung up...

If I could give this branch zero stars I would. I guess they are understaffed because it takes an hour to do anything at this bank. The drive through tellers think they work at dutch bros and like to chat with customers for 10 minutes instead of just doing their jobs and handling business. Every time I come through the line it's a 30 minute wait. Save your time and avoid this bank
