Walgreen has always been my go-to for personal products. But you've now gone to the digital coupons just like the big grocery chains.
I just put $40 worth of eye drops back on the shelf after attempting for fifteen minutes to figure out how to use the app and coupons. The cashier even helped me make a login and password and scan the labels, and they still wouldn't come up. If you think customers are going to do all of this just to get the price shown ON THE SHELF, you're crazy. Looks like I'll be ordering online where the price shown is the price paid.

Why bother having 2 drive through lines open if you’re only going to work one of them?!? If cars choose to wait in line they should be taken as they come to the window since each car can choose to wait as they please. It should be up to the person at the window to only help cars in lane one and never say a word to cars in lane 2. The older brown haired lady is rude and for some reason wouldn’t help lane 2 at all. This location always has the worst pharmacy staff.

Cindy and Meghan were both professional and helpful. Cindy went out of her way to assist me with GoodRX so that I may get a lower price on a very expensive medication. I left the drive thru to complete the downloading of GoodRX (did not want to hold up line) and when I came back to pick up medication, Meghan was there to help me. Thank you Ladies. I appreciate you.
