Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Went in twice to get a prescription that they told me would be ready, on the third time it still wasn't ready and it was antibiotics I needed to urgently start. Carolyn was extremely rude to me. Never again, go to the Frys across the street, much better.

I took an elderly friend to get her shingles booster. We were told she would have to apply online.I could see if they were busy but there was absolutely no customers there. We went back home and I got on their website to make an appointment. The whole day was open! We chose an appointment an hour later. This time, her son took her. She was told they couldn’t find her insurance and they couldn’t give her the vaccine. Thankfully, my friend asked for the supervisor, who saw that the insurance had been keyed in wrong. This was over an hour later, and it was then too late to give her the vaccine. She was told she would have to make another appointment!No way to run a business that is supposed to help people!

Last night I pick up my medicine, I think her name is Liz she always makes sure her badge is backwards so you can't read her name. I paid for my medicine and she keep 5.00. I didn't realize that cause I gave her a 20.00 my change back was 16.05. I saw and heard her call back 3 - 5.00 back, 1 dollar, nickel. When I got home I was missing a 5.00 bill. I called the pharmacy I was on hold over 16 mins with one call before me. No one ever pick up etc. So I had to go back to Walgreens to get my money back. I saw Liz went to her I told her the situation and she denied stealing my money. She was rude and told me why would I lose my job over 5.00. then Andrea came out to count out that register. She never look at me. She never said a word to me. As if I didn't exist. After that she took her register back behind were I couldn't see her. She still never said a word to me. I ask Liz what's going on . Liz was rude and snap at me there's a process it takes a while. I waited and waited never said anything else. Finally Andrea comes back walk by me didn't acknowledge me. I waited then Liz comes out and hands me my 5.00 and says I'm sorry. I ask I told you you took it so that's why the register was off. I think Andrea view the camera and saw Liz stealing my money. I will not know what happen after that. I have all my meds going to this pharmacy. I can not switch it's next door to me. Even though she said she was sorry. I was treated disrespectfully and the manager Andrea never said a word to me and never look at me. Horrible customer service at this place. If you shop here or use their pharmacy make sure you watch Liz, cause she steals. I feel she has been doing this for a long time. I'm sure I'm the only person who advocated for myself and went back to demand my money back. The fact that she stole it and lied to my face over and over saying she didn't do it. When she apologized to me and handed my money back she was whispering because she didn't want 10 people in pharmacy line to hear.

Would leave Zero stars if it was an option. There is ALWAYS an issue. EVERY time I go to pick up my meds, I either have to come back because, they can't get it filled in the time they said they would OR they say it's ready and then it \"magically\" gets lost so it's another wasted trip! Plus the trip I have to make to pick it up the next day!! This is ridiculous! I have tried to have my medications mailed and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The shipping orders are canceled. I am CONSTANTLY getting calls about getting my medication shipped instead. But what's the point when IT WILL NEVER GET SHIPPED! I'm looking into different pharmacies because this one is the worst I've been to!

Horrible customer service falls on poor management. Never answers the phone. In person is just as bad. Excuses. I had an order from my docs for my son to get an immunization shot for school. Two weeks and it’s still not filled out. GO TO FRYS or a different Walgreens.

This site never let's me log-in on my cell phone. It used to work really well for reordering my prescriptions, however, since it was upgraded I find that more often that naught I have to call the pharmacy to get refills on my prescriptions. I also find it way more complicated to navigate.

The pharmacy is unable to fill prescriptions on time causing huge hassles in getting them filled. These prescriptions are necessary to remain healthy and could have huge impacts on life if not taken on time. In addition, the pharmacy has been closing early and randomly throughout the week. When they are open, be prepared to wait a half hour or more. Very poor service. We recommend seeking services elswhere.

The Woman working drive thru Pharmacy today is so rude. Please give this Lady some time off. She was rude last month when I was in and she was even worse today. She has no patience with Seniors trying to navigate their Medicare prescription coverage. She could have politely asked us to park and come inside because she could not hear us. Instead she told my Husband he was mumbling. We were trying to answer her questions but she just cut us off and grabbed the insurance cards and guess what she figured it out and literally threw the prescription in the bin. Every time I come in, I try to be nice to her but she is so stressed and short with everyone! It is a running joke around town now to see if anyone can get her to smile and say hello. It is obvious she hates her job. Such a sad person. I know you are short staffed but her day would go so much better if she would treat Customers kindly.

I had my two grandchildren 3 and 5 almost 6 and they were both sick...one sleeping in carseat. I was picking up my prescriptions AND ASKED FOR COLD MEDICAID OVER COUNTER FOR THEM..AND THEY REGUSRD TO LET ME PAY FOR IT AT WINDOW. They expected me to wake her up n walk in store. They couldn't do it if it was for under 6 yr old.. I'm switching to CVS Such bull
