This Apache Junction station has to be the nicest one in the valley

I agree that 2 persons at the window seems why to few. The line often has 20 people in it. There is minimal seating for waiting, Many of the elderly have to stand almost the entire wait. I'm surprised people don't pass out there.

I experienced great service over the phone. I also experienced good service when I was at the location.

Excellent customer service. There was one staff kind woman who offered to assist me by using the self-service Machine. She did everything for me and was way faster. Thank you nice staff woman.

They quoted $5.60 to send a single 4x6 LETTER. The women behind the counter was not very forthcoming about pricing and when I asked if it was the cheapest 3 different ways she finally told me online was cheaper. It felt like i had to pry the information. Online quoted me $1.12. Terrible customer service. I over heard them gossiping about another customer while I was preparing my letters, seemed like they just needed some guilding help too. I'll be handling everything online from now on. If usps wants to employ less and less counter employees because of the lack of customer service and the huge over charge it's working.

Somehow a package was stolen from a community parcel locker when they didn’t even leave a key anywhere seems highly suspicious use a different location

Good service but long line

This location fails to respond to letters from informed delivery not in mail. It is then difficult to talk to a Carrier or Clerk Supervisor to resolve the issue. I've had pieces, in particular, from banks that never made it to my mailbox although it was displayed on my informed delivery. Unfortunately, there is no remedy as we are forced to use the postal service by default. I gave it two stars only because I've received some mail.

Just another government ran institution with inept. Lazy. Over paid employees.

Perhaps having more than 2 people at the counter when the line goes out the door and around to the mailbox side of the office. I have had packages here that I can't get and spending 3 hours on my only day off only for the door to be closed in my face and told to come back another day. Perhaps and this is common sense have one person that only deals with pick ups and tellers to help those that want to ship stuff off. Your office keeps hours only a banker or a retired person can go to.

The line was super long. I was resigned to waiting an hour for general delivery pick up. Then I saw a dutch door open, and a staff member, Joan was standing there ready to help. I asked her if I could pick up general delivery with her and she said, yes! Thanks so much.

Not sure what's going on, but we've had a few mail carriers this year. Last two weeks several pieces of mail have been placed in wrong boxes. I also have app showing what's coming and they never arrive. Received someone's meds as well. Seniors rely on meds and financial info. Something's gotta change. Today there were 4 pieces delivered to wrong box. I live in Golden acres senior park and suggest a change before someone dies.
