This Apache Junction station has to be the nicest one in the valley

I agree that 2 persons at the window seems why to few. The line often has 20 people in it. There is minimal seating for waiting, Many of the elderly have to stand almost the entire wait. I'm surprised people don't pass out there.

I experienced great service over the phone. I also experienced good service when I was at the location.
