My husband bought an item from here with $20 cash, the product didn't work so he brought it back within a short period of time, with the exact change he was given. The cashier says sorry we don't have any $20's and hands him back the difference. In the customer service dept, most people would have said I can give you 2 $10's not here is 90 some cents and 9 dollars to make things difficult for the customer. Way to go Tractor Supply we will just use Amazon from now on.

I want to give a Huge Shout out and Big Thank you to our Team Members whom worked 7/11/24. We had the power go out due to a transformer blew about 3/4 of a mile away. The power was out for around 4 hours. With the system down and no internet we had to go Old School and Hand write receipts, we were able to look up SKU #'s on phones to get them. It was not an easy task but we got through it. A Huge Thank you Alexandria & Kylie for looking up the info needed on your phones to help me with writing up the receipts. You 2 made a Huge difference in this process. It made it easier with this Team Work. Thank you Daniel for helping in this process, You Thank you Joe for helping us get through this time and for to us for staying late to input ALL the hand written receipts once the system was back up.
To the Customers, I want to also Thank you so much for your understanding and patience while we went through this process. We strive on making sure You are taken care of.

Stopped in to this store to pick up some dog food and noticed they had some kayaks. We were greeted by every staff member we saw. Ended up bumping into the store manager when we were looking for someone to answer some questions for us. He was so helpful and didn’t pass us off to one of his staff members. We wouldn’t have known he was the manager if I hadn’t asked. He as well as everyone else were just so pleasant and helpful (hard to find this quality of customer service anymore). They helped us load the kayak we bought. We got all the way home and realized it was missing a little accessory. I called and the same manager said just stop back by and we will take care of it for you! No questions asked. Went back by the next day and they had the part for us! Great experience from start to finish!!

First of all your stores have rodent problems . You charge taxes on livestock feed here in arizona In 2016 arizona law Changed.
Not requiring sales tax on livestock feed., but you charge it. It's corporate generating this charge.Third third, what I've seen online corporate has gone woke. I'm taking my business to other local Feed Stores

Usually like shopping at this store but lately seems like their employees are unhappy and disinterested in serving their customers. Today we went in and the cashier Sarah was obviously not wanting to check us out, didn’t greet us when we walked up to the register, I said “hey how are you today?” She goes “I need a drink….” ……Umm??? That’s a strange thing to say to a customer. During the transaction she slammed a work phone down on the counter and said “are you serious?” Rolled her eyes and didn’t say anything to us as we paid and left. It was a very uncomfortable transaction.

Had the opportunity to visit this store for the first time yesterday. I found an item I needed at a great price on their website. The store was immaculately clean. The first employee I encountered was extremely helpful. He was able to quickly pinpoint the item out of their vast inventory in just a couple minutes. Checkout was smooth, and the cashier was friendly and helpful as well. Very impressed with this store.

We always have a great experience here. Last night came in for dog food and some crazy lady was screaming at an employee (possibly Joe) while he handled it with such grace and respect she would not calm down and was making a huge scene! Wanted to give props to the employees for handling her mid life crisis so well.

I buy the pelletized bedding for horses and small animals. It makes great cat litter. It's a 40 lb bag for $8.

Bought a small 5lb propane tank and had several people try and fill it with no luck. Finally came here, and JD was able to get the bottle to take propane. ? Will definitely be coming back!

Went for Propane and the sales manager ended up helping us change our two batteries in our diesel truck. Thanks to him and his brother. Definitely recommend them for all your needs.
