We tried twice to set up appointments to use their services. We wanted to lose use a local business now that we’ve been in Apache Junction for five years never had time too busy even for a quick sit down I wonder if they’re actually an accounting for for the public What did they really do there?

I was rather disappointed with this firm and any potential to use their services in the future. During tax season of 2022 I purchased a half an hour with one of the CPAs, Jodi Ehrlich. My goal was to transfer my tax needs next year when my current tax preparer retired and to receive an answer to one tax question about AZ retail sales tax (RST). I explained my wife's art business and was informed that she would need to remit RST for her sales. After leaving the consultation I did a deep dive on the AZ tax statute and discovered she would not be required to pay RST. I followed up with an email to Ms. Ehrlich asking for confirmation of my find, but received no response. So much for informed tax advice. I will seek out another CPA firm to engage when my current tax preparer in another state has retired.

We’ve been in business for 18 years, this was the worst over all experiences that we have encountered with a CPA firm. The initial interview was positive but we quickly became frustrated with chasing Jodi down during regular business hours, over several months to complete our taxes. We were charged much more than discussed to complete the returns. We have never had to enter in the CPA’s adjustments, this time we were provided what we needed to complete ourselves via an email! The cherry on top was when provided multi state sales tax returns, they were provided in 1 large file that we had to print, then separate by state (all forms looking so different) we had to figure out where to sign each and then place in envelopes and address to mail ourselves!! This wasted a couple of hours for our office staff to tend to. Other firms, have have you sign and they do the rest. We will continue our search for a firm who can help us grow and give advise on how to save money in our business ventures, moving forward . I would not recommend TPG.

I was refer by my daughter Heidi Ball. I cringed every time I have to do anything with the IRS. I had failed to do my taxes for 2018 due to lots of changes going in our family. I met with Jodi , she did my 2018 and 2019. Wow!! I so relieved at how Jodi helped us. It was a very smooth process. Thanks Jodi! We’ll see next year.

I've had TPG help me with taxes for 13 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional and so fast . My whole family uses TPG cause of the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
