660 E 38th Ave, Apache Junction“Edit, original post was my mistake: I spoke with David at Phoenix metro towing and he sent me pictures that were taken before the car was moved from the parked location and after it was dropped at Tesla. The damage had to have been done after they had their hands on the car. I appreciate the EXTREMELY FAST reply and handling of the situation. It means a lot to handle a concern professionally. I should have reached out to them before posting a review but I wasn’t the one that called them for service, Tesla was. So I didn’t think it would help. Use these guys for any towing needs, they have this mastered.
Original post.
I wasn’t there when they picked up my car so I doubt they would take responsibility but I have gouged rims on the right side of the car and a gouge out of a tire. Tires are only a few months old Also when I got the car there was black dust all over the rims and I thought it was weird but when washing I found the scraped rims and gouge and figured out the guy had to have literally just drove the car up the ramp spinning the tires the whole way. I implore you to never use this company ever.”
“Unfortunately due to the lack of doing the bare minimum, our apartment complex had my car towed while my husband and I were on vacation June 10th-17th. No warnings, no initiative to locate the owner of the car, no emails to remind the complex tenants to re-enter car information into the complex portal that they, the apartment complex, failed to just move the information over - *nothing*. I have never had my car towed away in my life - you can probably imagine the stress my husband and I were feeling. After many emails to the apartment complex asking for the towing company contact information (it was like pulling teeth out of a cat) - it led us to Axle Towing. I had *no idea* what to expect or even how to proceed as this has never happened to me before. I called on the 18th, spoke with Chrissy (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) who made it so incredibly easy on what our options were and how to proceed. Due to the hefty fee (as the car was towed on the 14th without us knowing) and the car itself was under some major maintenance problems, we chose to “surrender” the car over to the towing company which would waive the fees according to their policies. Chrissy explained everything very thoroughly and I never felt like I was judged or causing a nuisance. After dealing with the stress, anxiety and failure of being helpful from the apartment complex, it was very refreshing that the process was so easy and Chrissy even helped us today in-person with surrendering the car over.
Thank you Axle Towing, and thank you Chrissy!!”
“William was extremely professional and even though my little old audi is nothing special he treated it as such. Pricing was also extremely fair and actually on the low end for the service and care of service. Will be using this company again.”
