The lady at the front desk was quite unpleasant. I had to package my own products for mailing, and the price was unreal. The store was quaint and adorable, but customer service needs a refresh for sure.

I've been using Thunder Mountain as my permanent mailing address for 3 years and want to thank Tracy for the great service. Always greets me when picking up my mail. Renting a mailbox is reasonable and she forwards my mail when I am traveling during the summer months. She will hold packages until I can pick them up. A big thanks for helping me out.

I love Love this little post office! I had to go there to ship 2 BIG boxes because the Apache Junction Post Office was not offering International forms and I couldn't get my goodies out, bound for Serbia. 2 larger boxes full of cany goodness and peanut butter! And yes it cost $$$ to ship. But so worth the end smiles!! Thanks Thunder Mountain!! I will trust all my out of town goodie boxes with you! Serbs cant get Peanutbutter a d I got my friends craving Skippy! lol

Let me tell you, the gals that work here are both sweethearts. I had a problem shipping an item, wouldn't fit in my car. They went above and beyond to help me. They really are the best!!!!!

Very Unsatisfied! I needed to ship out 2 priority mail packages. The Post Office had already closed, so I called them to see if they charged more to ship them out then the post office, the woman on the phone said only $1.00 more. I got the there and she told me it was $27.44 to ship each one out, that the priority mail prices went up.we went to the post office this morning and the same exact box is $21.10. I called the lady back and told her that i specifically asked you if you charged more than the post office and you said $1.00 more. Apparently not true! I asked her if she could refund the difference and she said no that my packages already shipped out. I will NEVER go back! If i new they would be charging over $6.00 more per package i would have waited until Monday. How do you run a business when you don't even know the correct information to tell your customers!

Absolutely worthless as far as postal needs go. No UPS services except for unopened package "return to sender", how do we know without opening it? AND they don't sell prepaid post cards, why bother? If you're going to advertise USPS or UPS then step up or step off......good bye wanna be's!
