After being the ideal, perfect tenant for five years, and tossing over $48,500.00 into Big Boys' Toys' vacation fund, they have the chutzpah to stick me for a $50 remote opener deposit. Not a lost remote, or a stolen remote, or a damaged remote, but a remote that was received timely and signed for, no less, by Kim Lund, the sole employee. I can see the average Joe being short a few thousand bucks, but only a bum would duck a $50 business tab.
