These guys are perfectionists. Had multiple problems with my AC. It didn't work at all, blew warm air. Called and explained my issue to Jerry and he pretty much had the issue figured out. Got my vehicle in the shop in a timely manner. Ended up with more than one issue, which was explained to me in detail. I was happy that these folks were so thorough in the diagnosis. I will be bringing my vehicle to Strong's for any of my issues from here on out. Thanks guys for the great work.

Jerry is a good old fashioned type mechanic! He tells you what is wrong and doesn't try to over sell or fix what really doesn't need fixed until it is time! Great fair pricing!

Excellent service. Fixed my a/c and and a little engine problem. Less cost than I anticipated. Fully recommend to everyone. Changed to the 5 star rating. I have already recommended to repair another family vehicle.

Entered shop and described problem. A/C not cooling and engine overheat. Diagnosed fan problem from description. He was right. Ordered parts and received completed work next day. I recommend this repair shop for all a/c repairs and will use again if needed.Service: Air conditioning

After about $5,000 and a month and half of my car being in and out of the shop for one thing after another, I was finally told by Stamps Auto that my cars overheating problem was nothing of their doing and basically it was my problem. A friend of mine reminded me that he is good friends with Jerry and I took my car over to Jerry’s. Within 2 days I had my car back. Jerry pretty much knew the problem right after looking at my previous paperwork and a quick visual check of the thermostat. He even reached out over the next week or so to check in and make sure my car is still running smoothly. Jerry’s is truly a one of the last real mechanics out there. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else ever, especially not after the way a “professional” shop treated me.

so i brought my 95 chevy tahoe in to get a.c recharge and fixed with no leaks. i paid 300$ and was wondering why it was so much to just vacume and fill my a.c . i paid and went home. 2 days later i have no a.c and i take back in. he charged me 40$ more to refill even though i just paid him to fix with no leaks. now its 340$ and my a.c still doesnt get cold. all i wanted was good service and didnt get it..now he said dont come back...DO NOT GO TO GET YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. WORST SERVICE EVER..
