Cubesmart took over the storage facility from another company and raised the rates three times in less than a year without providing any extra anything to justify these rate increases. They charge extra if you're not on automatic billing and they removed all trash receptacles. But to give credit where credit is due their hours are great (They're open till 10pm) And if you're a few minutes late nobody calls the police on you and charges you a fee for the police showing up like Dollar Self Storage

Storage was affordable because of the online discount. I asked the lady that runs it if I should pay monthly and told her we would be moving. She told me I would get a prorated refund for anytime I paid for but did not use in the storage. I prepaid 3 months and left half way through the last month, I did not recieve a refund. I called and asked why I didnt get a refund and she said she never said I would, I have a recording of the call, she absolutely did and that's the only reason I paid 3 months in advance.Also rented the unit on a Friday night not knowing there would be no one in the office and no way of accessing my unit until the following Monday. Be aware that if you rent online on a weekend, you wont get your gate code until Monday.It's centrally located and as long as you don't have to deal with the lady in the office It's pretty decent. Don't let the rolling doors slam open or your stuff will be covered in dirt and debris.

O been trying to get in contact with them since i have a storage unit and they sold the place i have never got a. Notice where to pay and i have to run around to find the store clerk at the offices. And the offices are always close.

I am giving a one star review. I've been with you people for a year and then you lost a maneger. When you lost the maneger I was un able to pay and no options were Givin to pay and you locked me out. Rude and unprofessional.Now I've been on autopsy since and now you people say I owe money and locked me out again. This is not my problem you people were sopoosed to take the money out and never did. Unprofessional poor buisnes practices. I've called and left several messages. And now I'm getting very disgruntled.Your total lack in profesional and buisness practices is sickening and disturbing at best.
