Opened a new acct to store our RV. Stephanie was the manager on duty. Even though there were 2 other customers before me, she was great and worked very quickly to get everything setup. Great customer service and the price was exceptional. May be using them for a storage unit in the near future.

Stopped by this facility to check on prices for a conditioned storage unit. Unfortunately I was not able to find what I was looking for. Nevertheless Sheila was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and patient in working with me. Sheila is what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE is supposed to be. Kudos to you Sheila. Keep up the amazing work.

We already have a storage unit with them and getting a trailer parking space was easy and quick. Access is good.

Purchased an unpaid unit/space from them at Auction. Was asked what paperwork they needed before I even came.. informed them the standard form is a Declaration of sale. That's the only form mvd will allow a purchaser of something like this to title the vehicle the buyer paid good hard earned Money for. I went to pickup and pay, was provided a bill of sale "incorrect form that represents the storage place as the owner" The staff and management only cared to verbally tell me they would address the issue after a full two weeks of waiting with no communication other than what i made. Come to find out Amber had blocked my number and I had only called twice! Pretty weak customer service. The management then refused to speak with me but vua text informed me Amber is going to get me that paper.. another two weeks go by... Amber proceeded to ask me when I called the main company phone and was transferred through to her.. she would have probably hung up if she could. She asked me if I would go get the form and that she doesn't know where to get it... and obviously her manager is too incompetent or simply just doesn't want to talk to humans or work anymore. If it's that hard for you girls, get a different job you are going to cause that company some serious issues with that mentality and behavior as a paid employee that company has invested millions,... do better... The lack of respect and commitment to me as a customer, ultimately made me loose out on profits over one thousand. So hopefully this review reaches anyone that would find it helpful not to do business with this company. They don't care about you, and the staff are bold Rude, they will be nice when signing your contract or attempting not to be sued I'm sure but as soon as you need something... your on your own, even something easy... that they should have been obligated to produce without the customers help.... your on your own even if you ask nicely.So not only did they sell someone's personal rv and made good money off it too.. something they didnt even pay a dime for.. With illegal documents, they didn't give one ounce of effort to make it right... they took my money, blocked my phone calls and beat around the bush until It literally didn't make sense to pursue it any longer. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I could get the form for them..... because they aren't able to, should have just said you don't want to try it would have been a more genuine response.Terrible customer service, zero training, no regular practices are made here, this company will rob you take your money sell your stuff then rob the person buying the unit from Auction... It's a take your money and absolutely give the minimum of customer service possible. Not even intelligent if you ask me, buyer bewareOhh and not to mention... the camper I bought was trashed, the ad was completely misleading and could be considered fraudulent, I was ripped off by this store quest facility for sure.The camper had been broken into things were stolen broken and dirty, it was completely trashed.I suspected she was doing way too much false advertising when I stepped in the facility didn't even ask and she's going on about how Noone breaks in.. Noone has been in the camper.. the whole back window was broken and gone haha.So clearly yeah your facility isn't even secure to start, staff and management only want your $$$. They'd take Your kids $ too of they could I'm sure.Pure greed, and this issue could have been resolved so easily in less than a day....This review will stand, and I'm glad to be able to give my input.Amber and Tina, you both have dropped the ball. I do not approve, I hope this review reaches who it must.Any regional managers or owners that would like to reach out to discuss this I'd be happy to provide you with ample information and if you don't so be it, the review will be here for you potential customers.They couldn't even get me the form after I sent them a clear picture of exactly what f

This is the best storage facility by far I’ve had many, but this is for my best mainly to the staff. I’ve never been helped so much and treated So amazing by the staff they’re great, especially Amber Amber is probably hands-down, the best storage facility facilitator

Honestly, really not impressed. We moved out in August. During this time, near our unit, there was one vent blowing HOT air like from an oven, but the other vent is blowing ice cold air. The items in our storage unit are literally becoming malleable due to the heat. When confronting Storquest, we received attitude. We were never informed our unit is not “air conditioned” and simply “air cooled.” You would think air cooling would lead to temperatures cooler than outdoor conditions seeing as it uses evaporative cooling which works as long as the dew point is under 55degrees. Even during our record breaking heat waves, the dew point maintained under that and it was still hot as hell in the unit. I called to confirm our size of unit so I can shop around, and the woman did not even try to verify any information. Just gave me the size of our unit over the phone and then hung up on me. Additionally I have attempted to reach the “supervisor” regarding the ventilation blowing HOT on one side and ice cold on the other and never received a response back to my calls. We paid good money to have our belongings in this unit. Some sentimental items and things that should not be exposed to such temperatures. If you can’t deliver on a request of “air cooling” then you need to have a tech out to fix it, period. this place severely lacks. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and we had our belongings here for over a year. At the time we were moving, I started looking into other storage facilities in the area that had the same amenities such as needing a code to enter and indoor storage, actual AIR CONDITIONING, and were $50-$75 less a month. Save your time and skip this place.
