Poor quality. Dirty salon with dirty tools; nothing was sanitized. The working towel on the station hadn't been washed in who knows how long, full of other peoples' nail clippings and visibly filthy. The nail tech wanted me to rest my hands on that filthy towel while he worked! He also reeked of cigarettes to the point where it was difficult to breathe. The polish I chose was so old, it came out in clumps and didn't cover my nails. He left it that way- translucent and partial coverage. My nails looked terrible when finished and I feared a small cut he made while filing might have led to an infection (it didn't), so I doused my hands in hand sanitizer. I was shocked at the level of filth. Unsanitary. Unskilled employees. Bad experience.

They cheated me into thinking I needed more than I came in for. They ruined my Nile bed with that dip, nail polish. They kept adding on things I did not want. Came in just for nail polish and toe. Polish gel ended up. They charge me $150 for things I did not want.

Eyebrow tattoo and volume full set eyelashes. The quality is superior to previous technician; frankly, I look amazing! I'm so pleased. Both were done in under 4 hours; very relaxing. Donna does it all!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My usual nail place was closed today and this nail salon was around my area. But I was thankful that they welcomed walk ins. The only person who greeted me was one of the manicurist. I asked for a simple pedicure with regular polish. The woman working on my pedicure was RUDE. She kept insisting on purchasing gel polish when I told her no multiple times. $30 of a mediocre pedicure. The prices for different options were just downright ridiculous. On top of that, the cleanliness of their salon. I saw and witnessed roaches crawling around and the way that my feet were STILL in the water as she rinsed off the "cheese grater" of a foot scrubber then tossed it in the bottom of her basket (not sanitary or sanitizing it after use) She really was lazy through out the process and just made me feel unwanted. My pedicure was rushed and it was obvious that the workers were noticeably talking about me. And she still expected a tip. She didn't even apply a top coat to my nails after painting them. And stood next to me as I reached into my purse to pay. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable, but this experience was far from it. I don't know if they just specialized or target in treating/working on women 50 years + because their service for their pricing isn't worth it at all. The health department needs to be called because their standards are way below anything.

When your paying $70.00 for a mani/pedi and there are 3 of you getting the same package, so $210.00 plus we tipped very well.... and the birthday girl got the worst customer service ever. Completely rushed through everything. Finished way before the other 2 at least an hour. And then she ran over my foot with the roller chair pushing me around and left my polish so thick and smudged very rude very disturbing and disappointing will never ever go back there again

I went to Starwood nails for a long time now Donna and her husband usually do them but this time I had a male who didn't know his job at all my nails are all short some long and some to my skin like my thumbs they are also cracked and chipping in one week they last me a month 3 weeks I'm not taking myself to walmart in Apache trail let's see how they do my nails and it's five cheeper I'll let y'all know how it came out thanks for listening

They take walks ins and it was close to me so...I went in. I wanted a wax, which she did a good job. The only thing is it felt dirty in there. I laid down on some skanky looking towels and it was kind of gross. I probably won't go back because of that. Sorry.

Went there several times - not great. A few days before Christmas I had my nails done with different technician. Within first day, 3 nails broke so I went in for a repair. Went away for Christmas and 4 more broke.... This was the dip . Got home and went in to get the 4 repaired - so now I have 7 short stubby nails and 3 normal. Never again!

Save your time and money. They also refuse to refund. $100 for by far one of the worse experiences I've ever had. Won't be going here ever again neither will my entire family. My nails were so uneven and not even close to what I wanted. That the owner had to file them correctly after sitting there for two and a half hours.

Donna is great! Went there 30 minutes before close and got what we wanted!(2 full sets!) They we're there until at least 8pm on a Sunday(close at 5) because they allowed another party of 4 to come in for services. Great customer service!!

My mom and I continue to be on the lookout for our new nail spot - and this is not it. Everything was ok, but I would not go higher than that. First, don't expect any extra frills here. You're not getting a glass of wine - they don't even offer one of those half bottles of water. The massage chairs are old and worn (visibly worn with tears in the material). We had appointments, but that didn't seem to mean anything. We waited a while, especially my mom, who got started well after me. The pedicures were ok. I had an upgraded one, and while there were a lot of steps (including hot stones), it was lackluster. The massage was meh. Even more surprising, though, was that my polish was a mess. There was polish in multiple places on my skin, and the technician made no effort to remove it. So far the polish on the toes remains fine, but we'll see. To add insult to injury, the second the technician finished working on my mom, he demanded payment. Then he made a spectacle of giving her the change, clearly expecting far more of a tip than he deserved. He also put her flip flops back on and encouraged her out before her toes were dry. And we both had plenty of dry spots on our feet after we left. Definitely not a return place.

Felt rushed, and no one was waiting. My foot message was someone rubbing lotion on my calf's for 5 minutes, didn't even touch my feet. I used to like this place, but I'd agree with recent reviews, go someplace else, not worth the time or money.

i've been going to Donna at Starwood Nails for yearsss now and she never fails to amaze me with her technique! the overall experience here is always amazing, the people and environment is very welcoming:) love love LOVEEEE these nails
