I wish I would have seen it prior to my purchase, but check out Robert Horne Ford's BBB rating. It is a D- Very telling... I bought an electric Ford vehicle back in April of 2024. They told me they hadn't done the registration with the IRS to take my tax credit off the purchase price--that's fine I can get it at tax time. Only problem is that the IRS' website and brochures say a dealer is required to give me a sale report showing that they reported my sale and VIN to the IRS so I can claim my credit later. This isn't something I made up and I provided them with references to the IRS' documentation. Bruce, the sales manager told me there is no such thing and that they checked with Ford and said it's not real. Really? So the IRS has a hoax littered all over their website? When I asked for an email from them explaining what he told me, that I could give to my accountant at tax time, he said he couldn't do that and would escalate the matter to their General Manager, Billy. Well, it's been over a month now and I can't get a call from Billy. I've even left several messages with the front desk over the last few weeks asking him to return my call and he hasn't called once. I am shocked by the lack of customer service and HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere for your vehicle purchase. I really wish I would have purchased from Larry H. Miller Ford. They are doing a fantastic job taking care of me. It's too bad they can't pick up the slack from Robert Horne to produce this sale report for me. We're talking about me possibly losing out on $7,500! That is significant! And if Robert Horne thinks I'm going to let them not call me back and go away, they are wrong.

Edit: Billy Wittmann, the owner who responded to this review asking that I reach out to him, never responded to my email or phone call.
In 2022 Robert Sterkeson at Robert Horne Ford placed orders for twenty 2023 Ford Mavericks for me, specifically stating no deposits to the dealership required. A week later I get a call stating that Robert made a mistake and I need to make an unspecified deposit - 'just a couple thousand?' - so I ask for the request in writing. Never heard anything after that.
In 2023 Ford sends me an email requesting I contact my dealer to convert 2023 orders to 2024. I work with Justin Spinks at Robert Horne and was led to believe the orders were converted. I followed up again in Feb 2024 and received the reply 'Looks like it's still in the system saying unscheduled.'
I follow up again, expecting the orders to perhaps roll over to 2025, and receive a call stating that my orders were never converted. Nothing can be done and 2023 price protection through Ford cannot be honored.
Either the dealership is grossly incompetent or grossly deceitful if they lied about converting my orders over my demand for a written request for the deposit they felt entitled to. My hunch is the latter but either way 1 Star.

Took my car in for a battery warranty replacement and was shocked 2 hours later when the car was brought back with the back of it scratched up, the backup sensor pushed in, and black marks all over it. The advisor, Nick, said it must have been that way before it was brought in but he wouldn't show the pictures they took when the car was first brought in - only showed pics time stamped from a few minutes before they returned the car to me. Nick the adviser said there was nothing he could do since we didn't have proof they did the damage. ---- Lesson learned, make sure to take before pictures all around your car when you bring your vehicle in for work at this dealership, they will be dishonest if something does happen while the car is in their care.

Been here a few times for service, and never again. Last time took over a month and a half for a drive shaft recall... their service manager claimed they couldn't find the part. I could order it online in stock at other ford dealers, but they can't find one?
The parts manager on the phone has been rude, hangs up when you're not finished talking (no one ever told them to check if that's all anyone needs, and to stay bye... he just hangs up before you can ask another question).
Wanted to get a part for a 7.3 PSD, Chapman Ford discounted it for me without asking but I didn't want to drive that far, so I called into RH Ford. I asked for the same part and the parts manager told me it was $201 and I asked if they could discount it like Chapman and he said, "That's what it costs."
I live in San Tan Valley and would rather drive all the way up to Chapman in Scottsdale for service, before I ever go here again.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! If you go here, ask for Justin. I love my new Mustang Mach E and very happy overall with the entire experience. My trade in was not available for a few days (in the shop for a recall) but they still let me do all the stuff to get the Labor Day sale prices, drive the car off the lot and return with my trade in 3 days later. WOW!

I visited a lot of dealers in and out of state in search of my F-150. Very pleased with this dealer. No high pressure tactics and minimal ‘dealer add-on’ items. At least the ones they had were ones that added value for me. I’d rank this dealer as one of the easiest to deal with and that says a lot. 2 hrs in and out and we spent an hour of that reviewing the vehicle and answering my questions.

Huge thank you to Robert Horne Ford and Jim Peterson in particular over in the Service department. They managed to troubleshoot/repair an extremely difficult intermittent issue with one of my F550's, and were extremely professional while always keeping me updated as to what was going on.
As a new small business owner, these trucks are my lifeline and everything hinges on keeping them on the road. RHF really went the extra mile to make sure the truck was good to go right before a big make-or-break project, and even delivered it to my front door. Also were more than fair on all the labor/time involved. I live over an hour away from their location and believe me it's always 100% worth the distance.
THANK YOU very much again to Jim and RHF!! As far as I'm concerned you have a customer for life.

The overall experience I had with Robert Horne Ford was hands down the best. My salesman Dedrick was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly to me, he listened! My loan wasn’t the easiest but true to Dedrick’s graciousness he did everything he could to get me a deal that made sense. The transaction was seamless and there was no pressure! From the beginning of the transaction to the end, this was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I am grateful to everyone involved in getting my loan done. I will be recommending Dedrick and Robert Horne Ford to everyone I can!

Just took my bronco in for a reprogram due to a faulty sensor and their team had us taken care of fast! I highly recommend stopping by this dealership if you need service or looking to purchase. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated how fast they got us taken care of and back on the road!

I recently bought another Ford !! From Robert Horne Ford Dominic Hurley was the young man that help Me very nice Guy and very helpful. I was not looking to buy a car that day I was just looking everything happened so fast I was on my way out the door with a brand new Ford Escape LOL. I was up set for the first week that I bought a new Vehicle ?♀️. But I am very Happy now as I have been driving it for a week now it was the best move and it is a Great Vehicle thank You Dominic Hurley for recommending this Ford Escape for me to buy I just love it ?.

This was the worst ford dealership i’ve ever been to in my entire life. Maybe im a stiff. Maybe im not. Customer service was buns. I’ve never seen an oil change take 2.5 hours. Zero contact until my associate went up to the desk and Noel remembered it was done. But maybe im trippin.
