I am from Washington State and dropped my vape machine and all the glass shattered and instead of selling me a whole new top for my machine he said oh I can just sell you the replacement glass for it and it will be just like brand new. Even told me how to clean it and such before I put the new glass in.. saved me ALOT of money and in my book that’s honestly the best way to have repeat customers. Wished I lived here and could just go there. So anyone wanting a honest shop to trust please go there..Thank you Hunter!!!

Wife and I went in last Thursday about 30 minutes before closing. Hunter was an amazing help. We are both new to vaping and he answered all of our questions and offered multiple solutions. I went in ready to drop a couple hundred dollars on top of the line merchandise. Hunter didn't pressure us at all and helped us choose a less expensive model that is exactly what we were looking for.As we continue I'm sure we will be eventually upgrading to various equipment.I'm being in customer service management for many years and I was impressed with the care we received by Hunter.An excellent shop and the employees are so helpful.Kudos to Hunter.We have already been back to make another purchase.

I know all the employees that work at this Red Star and when I used to vape they were always so nice and knowledgeable. Stephanie and Bryn always knew what I got every time I came in and if I had a problem with a coil they never asked too many questions they just helped me. I also loved when Cash was there because he would always come see me. I will never recommend any other vape store to anyone else. This is the best place to go, best products and best employees with mascot.

Came in to the shop for some supplies while in Arizona visiting family. They had what I needed, prices were great, and customer service was top notch. Andi helped me find what I was looking for and was cool to talk to.5 Stars! If I'm ever in town again will stop back in!

Drove up from STV and I'm happy I did. Friendly staff that were patient and answered all my questions. Nice store with tons of stock. Maybe we'll get an STV location soon? All round great service, will definitely return.
