My insurance company called Phoenix Towing to transport our 95 Camry to Toyota Dealership. Katie from Phoenix Towing showed up on time with communication before hand. She is a very experienced tow truck operator who pays great attention to details. She assured me she would get the car to the Dealership and leave detailed message with the key. I give Katie the five star rating.

So I called to ask if they are hiring? The replie I got was, well you can come turn in a application. I did not ask if I could turn in fill out nor anything about a application. I simply asked is your company hiring? The replies should be very easy, I'm not sure call back Monday, yes we are, no we are not. See how easy that is.No run around, no miss leading information, short sweet and very, very simple.All that other information was not only In relevant but a waste of time. So I hung up on the person as the conversation was pointless.Please next time when asked something. Just Answer the simple question.

This has been the worst company of my life. I waited 2 hours to be put back 4. Like are you serious. My brother had it towed here after a motorcycle accident. I almost lost him and they took the title before he could walk again. This company is a joke. Talk to the rep. She's GREAT

Had to use my roadside assistance. The first company they set up canceled an hour after the accepted the call. Phoenix Metro was the second attempt, and they were great. Fast, really good service, would recommend and use again.
