I have never had this sort of run-around in my life. Tl;dr, this shop ruined my transmission after a basic service, and refused to take any sort of ownership of the problem. The transmission died on the way home from my 3rd visit to them, where they claimed the transmission was perfectly fine.
Full details below:
I brought my car in for a transmission service before a road trip. A couple days later my car died because the transmission was completely dry. I had the car towed back to them and they said that the main seal had blown and they would need $2800 to rebuild the transmission. I took it to a second person, who found that a pan had not been tightened down properly, and that was where the leak came from. So I had him tighten the pan and put more transmission fluid in, but the car was still not running well. I brought it back to Patriot a 3rd time, and they said they had NO documentation of my 2nd visit at all, but claimed that the transmission was working fine and because someone else had put fluid in it (to diagnose the problems caused by it running dry) they couldnt see or do anything. After a 15 minute call getting run in complete circles with them unwilling to answer the basic question of how it could have run dry in the first place if, by their admission, all the seals were fine, I had someone pick the car up. On the drive home, the transmission died.

Mike has always been fantastic to work with. He is fair and reasonable with his pricing, works fast, and he is efficient. I have used him for several years with multiple different vehicles between my wife and I. Would absolutely recommend you give them a call!

My truck was having shifter problems the shifter broke I tried to fix the problem but wasn't really sure what the problem was other than the shifter had broke but I knew that that wasn't the main problem because I had to force the shifter. I did check the cable and everything looked good to me I thought it was possibly the brake lever that releases the shifter anyways it turns out the cable was put in wrong when I had some other work done on the truck. Theguys found it right away got it fixed the next day shifts smooth as butter great bunch of guys highly recommend if you need something done with your vehicle to take it up to them and get it done price was not bad either.

They ended up replacing my transmission two times because it wasn't done the correct way the 1st time. Then they refused to replace it a third time because they swore my truck had electrical problems, which it never did before it went in. Yes I had to pay someone else to do the 3rd transmission job the correct way. Almost 7k for 2 bad transmission jobs from this place then I paid someone 2k to fix what should have been fixed in the beginning.... and who knew I never needed a new wiring harness like they claimed i did.. all I'm gonna say is I'd be careful if I were you. That's just my personal experience with these people.

Mike was very helpful and professional. Even though there were three people in lobby he acknowledged all of us and got to all of us quickly. He found and fixed my A/C leak quickly. Listened to the Klunk in my transmission, will put on the rack tomorrow to evaluate the issue. Cross my fingers for affordable news.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING Patriots Transmissions and Automotive!! THEY REBUILT MY CUSTOMERS TRANSMISSION TWICE, AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT AS WE PULLED THE TRANSMISSION APART!!!The first picture is the valve body, if you zoom in on the black part you'll see that it's actually rotting away.The next picture is the burnt overdrive clutches, most likely the reason for the code.And the last 3 pictures are the overdrive accumulater piston and housing.You can see how severely the inside of the housing is rotted away causing a massive pressure leakThis is after 2 rebuilds from patriots… they were trying to say that it was a wiring harness problem…I’m only 23 years old, and when I diagnosed the issue I tried talking to Mike Roache from Patriots transmissions and they told me I’m just a YouTube mechanic and I didn’t know what I was doing… As we all know I am an ASE Certified Auto Technician.
