Took my wife's car here after the Honda dealership said it looks unfixable due to the door striker being messed up (unsure how) on the passenger door. The service was just great nicely done job. Bottomline.. Door is fixed maybe they should school the dealership. Thanks Otto Works!

this shop has had my vehicle for a month and a half. I have no clue about the status of it nor any expectation of when I can pick it up. the receptionist has stopped answering my spouse's calls. so while I cannot review the quality of their work (yet) I can absolutely leave 2 measly stars for their abysmal communication and their dreadfully slow work. I may update this if the car is returned to us soon and in excellent condition, but I am no longer holding my breath.

Crissie at Otto Works is the absolute best, she made going through work on my car after an accident an absolute breeze! From setting up the initial inspection, they had the estimate sent off the same day. Immediately responding if I had questions about parts coming in. When it came to the work, they all were amazing with how fast they got the work done and the communication through the process, even staying after hours so I could pick it up after work! Amazing shop and people!

My car was stolen in June and scratched up a bit. Nothing major, I believe there were two very small dents and several scratches. Our insurance company paid for each request very quickly so the insurance company can't be blamed for this. This place had my vehicle for a week short of 4 months. When we would ask when it would be done, there was always an excuse and an estimated day of when it would be ready. Supposedly, the vehicle went in the paint booth on a Thursday and two weeks later they had just started putting it back together. Putting it back together took over a week because "there's a lot to put back together."Finally, we were told the vehicle was being detailed. When we picked it up, finally, after nearly four months, it just looked okay. It definitely wasn't detailed. It's driving pretty rough but there's no way I'm taking it back there, I probably wouldn't have it back until next summer.I gave two stars because the body does look okay but I absolutely would not recommend unless you have an additional car you can drive because insurance companies will only pay for 30 days.

This place is AMAZING! For my job, my car is my office. I was in a small accident and when I called around to find a place that could get my car in and taken care of, literally every place couldn't get it in for at least another 2 months. After fruitlessly calling a dozen or so auto body workshops, I ended up finding Otto Works and giving them a call. They got my car in within a couple days, and the great service didn't stop there! Throughout the whole process of evaluating the damages, figuring out the supplement, ordering the correct parts, working with my insurance, Crissie and others at the Otto Works Collision Center made sure everything was done right for me as the customer. They went out of the way to make sure that no shortcuts were taken that could negatively affect me via my car in the long-term but still got everything done in a timely manner. And all this was accomplished while communicating well with me and making sure I was updated on what was happening.10 out of 10, would use again. Though hopefully I won't have to ? but I do highly recommend them!
