O'rallies yes, the most dumbest people I have ever met in my life working for them. Nobody knows anything. You have no parts for the vehicles. I can't even get parts of my Ram 3500 I have to order them. I remember back when I was growing up. Sever half no order apart. They had it in dark. I don't know what's going on with our O'rallies should be shut down until they can find a crew knows how to run. There is you can't get help you. Stand there for 10 to 20 minutes to get help. It's just a shame

I literally was on the verge of tears. F(50) My truck wouldn’t start. I called a couple of mobile mechanics from Mesa to AJ. No luck or they wouldn’t be available for another two or three days. I have to go to work and I need my vehicle so I called roadside service to get a jump.Thennnnn Went to O’Reillys and met Darin, the sales Associate who sold us a battery And even installed it for us. He went above and beyond to install the battery. He was very professional kind and courteous. He knows his stuff. He is straightforward and honest. I appreciate his integrity and business ethics.. Especially you ladies, If you don’t know much about your car, kinda like me then I suggest you ask for Darin. He will treat you like family and respect you.Shout out to Darin at O’Reillys in AJ. Give this man a raise!!

Very good Parts & Accessories Selection's. Customer Service will go the extra mile for you when needed. My last visit was to purchase Coolant for my Dodge Dakota. The young lady that assisted me made a call to a Mechanic friend to find out where the High & Low sides were on my truck.
(I normally use a independent shop for a/c charge. But since I purchased a new vehicle last week, I needed to save a few dollars. Plus the Truck is up for sale @ this time)
She wrote everything down on a note pad & I really appreciated the help, so I can do the job correctly. ??✌️
