Employees were incredibly patient & helpful with a stressful printing I needed to get done in a rush (Seth & Veronica were their names I believe).

I called about 7:30 for printing services unfortunately I don't a printer and we have a school project due tomorrow. The lady that I talked to said I couldn't email her anything because they were closing even though we still had 30 minutes. I understand waiting to the last minutes I also understand having teenagers.

I went there to use their fedex location. There was 3 old ladies waiting on line and the only employee on duty behind the counter was this woman name Ziva that spend talking with the first 2 old ladies 20 minutes, after that she greeted the second old lady spend about 10 minutes with her as soon as she was done with her I approached the counter and to my surprise she ignored me and called some one by name as being the next person. I said excuse me but I was next she replied in a very rude way "You did not sign in and he did!" I said he was not here while I was waiting he just came in" she said "it does not matter you did not sign in!" none of the old ladies in front me signed in and that is probably because there is nothing there that alert you to sign in and that's the way they force you to do it and they did not know about signing in as well as I did not know there is a monitor that you don't notice to sign in. She force me to sign in she was very rude, not very friendly and she acted like she was doing me a favor. She was not I got the power of my money and I choose in what business I spend my money. Money that OfficeMax use to pay their employees, their expenses and the executive high salaries. OfficeMax without the customers spending their money won't exist. Eventually employees like Ziva will turn customers away. there is multiple business where I will spend my money and support them I am done with OfficeMax they can keep Ziva I will keep my money

There are only 2 employees it seems and both are entirely useless. One stands at the register and the other usually disappears. I needed to text a screenshot to them and ask them to enlarge and print it. I left without the copy abd without getting assistance but getting a lot of sarcasm from the 1 roving clerk.

Got to door of store 5:50 and it was locked. I saw movement and knocked on door. No answer. After a minute i began tapping with key, it was 5:53 and finally an unsightly gangster looking boy came and said they were closed. As i pointed out it was 5:54 and he replied he had only one employee and had to close. I only had to print one label for a package that i needed to ship out on this day. Really not happy. Cost me time and money.

I want to compliment Emily and Brenda. They give such excellent customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable as well as efficient. I have been coming in every week for nearly 5 years with the same order. They know just what I need and are quick to accomplish it. Today, 3/22/23 at 6:15pm, I took my weekly church bulletin order in. I always put this order in on Wednesdays because I am out of town on Thursdays and Fridays. I pick this order up on Saturdays when I return home. Our church pays approximately $600.00 per month to Office Max for these orders. When I arrived, I found a sign that says the print shop was closed at 4:00 today. (HOW WAS I TO KNOW THIS?) The woman whom I had never seen before behind the counter, who told me she was the manager, was working on an order that needed to be done. I asked her for a piece of paper. She said that they don't give free paper. I found a scrap of paper in a trash can. I wrote a note to Emily so that I could leave my order. I told Emily I would pay or this order when I picked up. When I had finished, I placed my order with the instructions on the counter behind the gate. This woman called me back and refused to accept my order without payment because "things had changed" and I must pay for the order ahead of time as I always have done. But the area was closed so I could not pay. I told her I would have to come in Saturday and wait for the order to be done. She said that would not be possible. They don't do orders while people wait. In other words, she was not helpful to me at all and actually argumentative. She could have cared less if my order was filled or not--- let alone make money for Office Max. Before I retired, I was a manager. I feel it is important that you know when your company is not being represented well.

I picked up Turbo Tax Deluxe (Federal and State) 2022. I was surprised that the price had gone up to $69.99. They had a $10 off promotion which brought it down to $59.99 ...BUT THEY ADDED A TAX CALLED "Transaction Privilege and Use Tax" which was almost 10%. I looked online at Amazon and realized that they sell the SAME Turbo Tax disc for $44.99 with free delivery. So I paid $20 more at Office Max than I should have. Lesson learned. I will never go back to Office Max again.

Just walked in to get programs printed and the woman working the printer section was engaging with an elderly man for a long time talking about her personal business as a painter and how she sells at the mall. The cst line started to build up. Once she helped the next customer (who was me), it became a problem. She became flustered and became rude. She yelled saying "there's a check in where everyone has to check in!" I asked her where the check in sign was and she pointed me that it was behind the Coca Cola machine. Far away from where the line starts and where we enter into the store. Maybe put the sign where it's clearly visible to csts if that's something you're going to trip over She was not helpful at all! She was curt with the elderly woman behind me as well I always come here to have my programs printed There use to be a really nice and extremely helpful manager that worked behind the print counter. I wish she was there today! I just left

I sincerely appreciate Brenda for helping me today! She was patient, kind and she really helped me make a very important contract go through! Technology is not always on my side but Brenda definitely was! The best costumer service I have had In a long time!

The service was phenomenal! We purchased two office chairs and the carried the boxes out to our car for us. Great value also.
