2 yrs in a row. Son ordered flowers from this venue. Would not recommend. Flowers are drooping by evening. Must be old before they deliver. I believe is supporting local, but not this one.

Regretfully the delivery driver called and I was very, very rude because I thought he was robo calls I had been dealing with.Thank you ? for calling back until I listened.Also, thanks for the beautiful flowers.Please let driver know I am very sorry.

So, called a week and a half ahead for Valentines flowers... arrived to pick them up and had only half of the flowers I requested! They'd used some orchids to help fill in, which was fine, but they were all drooped over and browning. I pointed that out and they asked that I come back latter and they'd fix it. So I did, this time no browning, but still all droopy - "oh - they do that" was the response? Oddly in the pics on their website that was not the case.And there was no arrangement - it looked like they'd just stuffed them all into a vase in clumps! A couple of dilapidated greens and that was it.If they hadn't already charged my CC I'd have just gone to Target and hoped for the best - it certainly would have been a step up and a lot less than the $150+ they charged.I should have done more research - I was rewarded for my lack of diligence...

This florist should be banned from FTD floral delivery. My arrangement had old withered and brown roses. This is the second time I have received flowers in this condition. Customer service is nonexistent when I called to complain. Please DO NOT USE this florist.

Horrid customer service… delivered flowers a day late and then they left them outside inAZ. The delivery person called and I asked them to deliver the next morning as I would be home. Well that never happened. After several calls they finally delivered another day late. No apologies…. Don’t use this flower “service”

Evidently this shop has gone out of business. My son ordered flowers for me to be delivered a few days ago, but they did not arrive and no one answered the phone when we called several times about it. My daughter drove to the store and said it looked desolate. Unfortunately, their website is still processing orders, so if you plan on ordering, please be sure they are still open before doing so.

I don't ever leave reviews but I want to say I'm very disappointed in this flower shop. When I ordered these I chose the "deluxe" version and spent close to $100. What was delivered was far less than that. I paid nearly $100 for about 6 flowers in a vase. This was for a friend whose daughter just passed away and I am very disappointed in the quality of what was delivered. Not even remotely what it shows when you choose this version of the flowers on their website.
