“Did I wait almost an hour in-store to pick something up that I ordered online earlier in the day? Yes. But did I still get excellent customer service from Aaron? Also yes. Aaron was solo in the store, assisting someone with an issue for the past 4 hours that he did not cause. He was calm and patient, working hard to resolve this customer's issue. He then simultaneously got my item and assisted an elderly lady who had visited before with questions on how to use her phone. He was so kind and calm (I would have lost it) while having to go around in circles in order to finally find a resolution for everyone in the store. Great job!”
