Rarely answer their phone. Hotspot never works even though I pay for it. Not happy with the service

The manager was rude refused to help. She told us we had to call customer service but we were told by customer service we had to go in person. When we tried to call customer service from her store she kicked us out and said she refused to help us.

Evelyn was awesome. Even when she was busy with other customers she was STILL able to multi task and still keep me assisted. That girl definitely deserves a raise! Best service I've ever gotten before at a phone store by far ???????

What can I say. I've been with Metro for years now. Willie was always courteous when I came to pay my bill. The Superstar of the Store though is Evelyn!!!!! She is hands down a rock star with her customer service and store knowledge. The nicest person you could ever meet. Maybe I'm a bit biased but even watching her work with other customers just is amazing.

On point, knowledgeable about their products, they were customer focused, it was clean, the A/C was blasting, they had chairs, friendly owner/staff, and the list goes on. They won our business, and I appreciated the entire shopping experience. Thank you.
