My daughter was looking for a car and her friend told her about Marte Motors. The experience here was awesome! Matt was so helpful and polite. Great customer service and very welcoming! Not once did she or I feel like we were being pressured into anything. He answered all our questions and was very patient. She walked out of there with a beautiful car and the biggest smile! Came in over the weekend due to my previous car giving out unexpectedly and I needed a car fast. Cannot remember the name of the man that helped me but he was extremely nice and made sure I left that lot with something I could afford. As a first time buyer with no credit and a small amount of experience in my new job, financing a car seemed like wishful thinking but they made it happen. Can’t stress enough how grateful I am that they made it work for me and would 100% come back here in the future and recommend this lot.

Mark and matt made my experience with martemotors an easy and friendly one. My daily driver wasn’t even running. So I applied online. Sent in all documents and proofs of identification.and was very pleased to hear that I was approved. I met them today, did a few paper signatures, a few computer signatures. Gave my agreed down payment and I had a car.yes!.it was that easy for me.these guys did all the footwork. They found me a great car, had everything ready to go when I arrived. Good guys, and no pressure.this is the first time I bought from them. But my car has a warranty and looks brand new. Thank guys!! Great job.

I was in an accident in September of 2022. My insurance company totalled my car. I was starting fresh. I went to Marte Motors to look for a good used vehicle.I had always wanted an SUV. I bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue. They really helped me iron out all the details in buying it. They exceeded my expectations.

Never would I ever say something positive about this place, sold me a car with a bad catalytic converter and they knew it, reset it so the check engine light came on 4 days later, I should’ve taken it back right when I found out but I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal to fix, I’m just so overly disappointed some people could be as gross as this to sell a bad car to someone.
Took it to auto zone to have them run the code, I called them right when it turned on to let them know what auto zone said it was,
I took it to my mechanic unfortunately my mechanic told me it wouldn’t hurt my car it would just put out bad air, so I let it go for a little bit before I got it fixed.
Now I have to replace both of the catalytic converters and I could’ve just ruined my whole car.
Also I called them to tell them this just recently what was happening and he told me I did not buy it like that lmfao. DONT GET YOUR CAR HERE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR I’m getting my lawyer involved.
Also I don’t need a response from the company since all you can do is not take any fault (seeing in every bad review) but I guess that’s the way you are dishonest.
I am very disappointed in my mechanic but also in the quality of people who work at your company. I ABSOLUTELY CALLED 4 days later when it came on. Thankyou very much. Maybe you shouldn’t work in the car industry and look into being a lawyer for yourself. You’re gonna need one.
It’s very clear you don’t care about your customers just making the sale, and whoever is doing these replies is so unprofessional that you should hire someone to reply for you.
I paid in cash so you messed me over on that too, saw my money and ran didn’t tell me to do financing so I could build my credit. Of course I am young so wasn’t fully thinking straight just trusted you guys and so hurt you broke that,
for a lot of people it seems.
