Don’t waste your time or money. I prefer small shops, but they way over charge and will not take responsibility for their screwups. Save cash and headache, go across the street to Discount Tire. There is a reason they are rarely even remotely busy, and discount has a lobby full getting services done.

Walked in, they had my tires off and began putting on the new tires in a matter of minutes. Right in front of me! Great service to top it all off.
By far, the best experience at a tire shop.

We live up in Prescott Arizona and I honestly can say there is no better tire company then Malone’s
We will be making the drive for all our tire needs.
They are honest, efficient and hold true to what they said on the phone. We have been using them for the past 3 years and their customer service has only gotten better.

Malone's Tire service is the best in around! Their customer service is top notch! Their team always works you in and the wait time is unbelievable fast!! We love coming here even if we have a flat tire because they greet you with a smile!

Unsafe work practices. Manager working under vehicle with no secure jack stand and telling off prospective customers because prospective customer related his concerns regarding the unsafe work practices.
Never work under a vehicle with only a hydraulic jack holding up the weight of the car but just as important, don't do business with a company that is this careless!!!

After my husband introduced me to Malones Tire Company four years ago, I can confidently say that I will NEVER go to any other tire shop! Each visit to Malones is a delight – the staff members are consistently polite, incredibly efficient, and the prices are truly unbeatable. I would give this place 10 stars if the option is available! :)

Thought I'd give them my business wasn't a great idea. Lady there stripped 4 studs off my dump trailer. Owner guy went to get what he needed to fix an never came. We'll on his own time. I left that day came back the next so they could make it right. Well same story from before only waited longer to no avail. I would not recommend this place. Would've been a different story if they would've fixed what they damaged. After that experience led me to believe she did not know what she was doing.
