I’m very disappointed leaving this location without having my taxes done. I had an appointment a week ago; however, it was cancelled by H&R Block due to being short handed. My appointment was rescheduled for today, April 15th, and I was told I had a 2 hour block of time to work through my complicated business taxes as well as my son’s simple tax return. After completing my sons return, the tax pro stated that there wasn’t enough time to complete my business return. Because of the deadline for taxes, no other appointment was available. Now we are left stressed and angry about being jerked around by a business that we have been using for many years. I will be finding a different business for tax help in the future.
