So far im incredibly displeased with the politics and practices of H&R block. Im not really sure what the branches operating hours are but nome the less I found it all the more incredibly inconvenient to place an appointment for: after the end of my shift. To then see that for my convenience, H&R block moved my appointment to an earlier time.
Imagine the redundancy of an online appointment portal being mandatory but it offers options outside of work hours. Also imagine the hoops and hassles someone unfortunately jumped through to keep punctuality to a date and time that can be changed at a whim.
Imagine all that. And Thats me after finally getting all my paperwork in order. After everything im changing tax preparers because being indecisive with my time is a joke.

Darlene Bleything: Please retire. An over-70 year old utilizing a walker has finally started going downhill. Extremely nice, extremely slow. I own a small business and have been going to Darlene for two years. I have complex, multi-state taxes. I usually owe quite a lot of money every year, let’s say 20k. (Yes, that’s a made-up number) This year, she made a huge mistake to my taxes to the tune of doubling it. Now you may be thinking “40,000 vs 20,000 isn’t that bad, she owns her own business!” But margins are pretty slim and that extra 20k was everything in my savings account. Not to mention I had to wire money same-day because my account was overdrawn to the tune of an extra 20,000 dollars. If you have complex taxes and own a small business: I beg you to look elsewhere. During the process of getting my taxes amended, we had questions and asked multiple times, to no avail. Darlene was not able to answer our direct questions. We wondered if an line item was wrong, found the answer within 10 minutes on Google. Darlene never answered the question directly. There’s a Master Tax Accountant at every H&R Block. I will not be going back.

Always the best service. Always correct and accurate. Friends tell me other options for tax service are cheaper so why keep on with H and R Block? I tell them that in one hour my annual tax obligation is done and done! No muss. No fuss. No anxiety. No wondering "What about?" Or "Did I do that right?" It's done and on to next year...

Justin was professional, thorough, fun, and he did such an awesome job! He didn't get frustrated while explaining some things to us we didn't realize about AZ ... We love Arizona ❤️❤️❤️ thanks Justin ? ? and thanks for treating us well even though we cut the time very close!H&R Block has always done such a great job finding breaks and ways to save money...however they have always been pretty pricey- nothings changed there. They have a really good product and they know it ?

A little on the high side to get your taxes done. I was going to have to owe federal 1800$ and somehow they got it down to 535$
