The stylist i had didnt listen to me at all. I said i wanted mid ear and i showed her where i wanted it cut. I showed her where i want my head shaved for my glasses. She went to the bottom of my ear and didnt shave my ear part for glasses at all. She barely took anything off. The last time i went to a great clips they told me they could not do what i wanted. You cant cut a straight across mid ear bob with shaved neck and a small over ear shave so my glasses dont pull my hair. I guess i will have to cut a piece for them to match it. Not satisified at all not a great clip. I will be going back to famous sams. I am done giving u a chance.

A few of the staff her are very rude. They make comments about our choices of style and overall give us a bad experience, however some staff are very kind and good at there job, however, the previously mentioned rude staff are generally not great at cutting hair. I am very disappointed in this place.

Carol is my favorite stylist. She has been cutting my hair for about 20 years, and I have followed her to every Great Clips she has worked at.

My husband went to get a haircut, he said first they said they couldn't validate a $5 off coupon unless he was going to pay which he said he would but they said no we can't check until after your haircut, which by that point it would be too late. So he leaves and as he is leaving the same person that told him locks the door behind him leaving 15 minutes before the store is supposed to close. We won't be using this great clips for future hair cuts, it could have been handled a lot better in our opinion.

Excellent hair cut for both myself and my husband. Great price and staff had great customer service skills. Really like the Great Clips app to sign up and be notified of when to come for the appointment. We will definitely return again when we are back in the east Valley next winter.
