The pickup order crew here rule, honestly. Never had any errors in four years, and they're always friendly and efficient. Shout out to Keegan(?) who was nice enough to chat with me during the pickup, despite the heat. What more could you ask for?

The store is ok. They are constantly not carrying things anymore. A lot of times when I go shopping, vendors are all over the store stocking (along with store employees) and there are u-boats, cases of product in aisles sometimes to the point only ONE person can get by, and carts that either employees or vendors are using just randomly left in awkward places. Sometimes workers are even standing around blocking the aisle having a conversation, and not acknowledging you are trying to get by. I always thought that's what night crew was for, to do stocking overnight when customers weren't in the store. I've lived in states where stores have the rule that vendors have to be done & have their equipment OFF THE FLOOR before the store opens. Otherwise, they make the company pay a fee. Maybe stores here in Arizona need to implement that.

Interesting experience with visiting this Fry’s Marketplace. They’re open till 11pm and I walked in at 10:48pm. You have 10 min., talkin at me with my headphones on. I must have met this incredibly polite lady named ‘Sandy’ (based in the review I saw - 3 months ago one said - that she was rude and went off about the time.) not a hello, how’s it going, welcome, you made it just in time, just a reminder you have 10 min before we close up tonight. Something like that. Yet I had 12 technically.
I’m sorry, we live in a world where I’m the customer, and you’re the employee. You’re purpose for employment is to great, and help out the customer so your business remains successful enough to turn a profit. Then have enough to pay whatever they’re paying you to remind me of something I already knew.
The dude on the cheez it isle stocking the shelve - is the example she should follow. Very polite young man and I tried to scoot past him and the boxes he was sorting through, I apologized and he said no worries and thanked me for coming in, said you gotta do that you gotta do lol.
He deserves a raise, seriously, great example of how customer service should be
I was in and out by 10:53pm.

Of the last four times we bought chicken on sale at almost half price 3 times we got up to the checkout it rang up as regular price. Meat department employees are not doing their job and updating prices.

The only reason I gave this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't have Goya items.
