Went to get my air pressure checked through their drive up lines.....
And the young man that helped us was extremely polite and kind....
We actually had to put air in not just the truck tires but my horse trailer tires as well! And the spare tire in my horse trailer!
And... He found a screw in my truck tire!
All of that got fixed, for free!
We have been with discount tire a long time and this is why!!!

I went in on Wednesday. 10/23/24 around 2:30-2:45 to get air in my tires. The wait time really wasn't that long as there were two people inflating tires that day. That wasn't the issue at all. The issue is the lack of professionalism and the total lack of respect.That a third individual wearing a long sleeve red shirt and had glasses.Another young kid had come out through the Bay door and was standing there with a key fob.In his hand yelling at the person that was putting her in my tires asking where a certain vehicle was. The person at my car said something back.I didn't quite make out what it was and then I turned around and I seen the kid in the long sleeve red shirt, flip him off.I mean , just flat out flipped him off. He's seen I was staring at him and he made some of the comment and held the Keep up again and says oh I found it and smiled real big. I said something to the kid that was put in the air and my tires.That was very immature, distrespectful and very unprofessional. He said he would mention it to his manager. I should have got out of my car right there and went in and talked to a manager but I figured he was probably the manager since he was wearing a different shirt than the other people. If this is the way He blatantly acts in front of customers, you will lose business.
Will I do business with discount again? Not at this location. I wouldn't trust anyone with that maturity level to even wash my car.

Pretty busy, but with good reason; the reps handled each customer with equal attention and grace. Clean shop and quick service. Will definitely be returning.

We went in 10/5/24 to get a tire replaced, the salesman (I think he was a manager) was incredibly friendly and kind. He gave us a timeframe of 15-20 minutes and when I asked if we could come back for it because we had somewhere to be, he said he would put someone on it right away and would have it done in 10 minutes. We paid at 3:05 and we were leaving by 3:11, thank you guys so much for the speedy fix as well as just being genuinely nice people!! I will for sure be returning to you guys for future tire needs! :)

The young man that was working out where they check your tire pressure was very friendly and nice I don’t think they’re allowed to accept tips but they should be able too especially when that’s a free service.

Very slow at 8:15 in the morning, 3 cars ahead of me and it took almost 40 minutes to get my tires aired up, and it took him exactly 6minutes to do my tires. This tech needs to move faster. Leaning on the vehicles talking like no care in the world. Please teach your techs a time frame..

Dropped car off with after market metal valve covers on all four tires. Got car back with mismatched plastic valve covers. Surely, a mistake, but a mistake I'm very not pleased about. Service was otherwise good, but where are my valve covers?

Ordered tires on their website and went in to get them put on. Very smooth process. Only complain is they left white lubricant(?) all over the sides of the tires. This would have taken just a few seconds to wipe the tires off after they were mounted.
