“We absolutely LOVE banking here! The associates in the branch are so friendly, so helpful, and so efficient. Every time I call the main phone number, the call center people are great too! The only thing that we’ve struggled with is their loan approvals, they seem to approve less than other creditors and are more picky about the criteria to grant approval than other creditors. Overall, we are very happy here :)”

“First of all I love having a bank in the grocery store because I'm always there it seems like. And also anytime I've used it they are always friendly. but, this last time was for an international wire transfer and Robbie couldn't have been kinder. I didn't have all the information so we were kind of doing a back and forth thing, but he was very patient and very personable and I appreciate that!!”
