We walked in to get some polar pops after visiting the Superstition Mountian park. Upon getting the drinks packaged up, I decided to use the bathroom which did not look closed or blocked off in any way. I used it, yes it was dirty but not anything I wouldn’t expect from a small gas station bathroom. After leaving the bathroom I noticed this elderly disgruntled female employee glaring at me with crossed arms from across the hall where the drink machines were. I tried to ignore her and proceed on by to purchase the drinks I handed off to my wife before using the bathroom. I am immediately rushed by this employee, she gets within a foot distance to me and proceeds to reach out, almost as if she was going to grab me by the arm before thinking better of it and retracting. She then orders me to follow her, which I don’t know what’s going on so I entertain her for a bit, she then asks in a raspy rude voice, “Can you read” to which I reply, what. She asks again and I politely tell her it was my bad, even though these signs on the bathroom doors are extremely hard to read and way above eye level anyone could have missed them. I excused her behavior and apologized to which this employee sounded even more irritated and told me not to come back there again. She then glared at me the entire rest of my visit in this circle K like I had somehow offended her. Don’t recommend using the restrooms unless you want to deal with angry grandma.
*After I walked out she told my wife that their bathroom had been shut down by the health inspector. My question is why are they still able to serve food.

I went to check out. The worker told me she could get me to come over to the self check out. I informed her I had EBT so I needed a regular register. I stated I liked the cashier to to do exchange anyhow. She told me I could get receipt pay etc at self check out. I told her I thought it was job security going to the workers to keep the jobs alive. She told me I didn't need to worry about what the workers need. I told her I am a customer and I don't like to have to work when I shop. She told me a lot of people have to do things they don't want to do. Then I told her not to work too hard. She said she won't and I said I know. I won't return and I am disgusted by the lack of motivation to work and the complete ignorant unprofessional paid employees choice of communicating.

Worse experience, ID' to buy lotto? Rely? I'm over 65 first time anyone has asked. Pump fuel continuously chip read error.not shopping there again.

On Jan. 1, 2024 we stopped at this Circle K to fill up our Canyon pickup with 18 gals. of diesel. Before we even left the service station the check engine light came on. Turns out that BIO-diesel was put in our gas tank. No indication it was Bio-diesel that we were purchasing. It cost us $882 dollars later at an auto shop to purge our system of the bio-diesel and a new fuel filter put in. Plus had to drive 500 miles afterwards and change the fuel filter again to make sure it was all out of the system. I will never do business with a Circle K again. Also, if I can find out how to report this incident to the State of Arizona I will do that.

The man who was working refused to help me at the register and said I need to use the self check out, my bank card will not work at the self check out. Plus I was getting a can of chew and cash back anyways so he would have had to card me and give me cash back. So when he asked for my ID I gave it to him no issues. He proceeded to stare at me and at the ID then proceeded to bend it every which way trying to break it. (Thinking it was fake) I said can you just scan it I am old enough. So he did and I proceed to check out. When it was time to give me the cash back, he then handed me $10 out of the $30 I paid to get. Kept my $20 behind the counter. Then I said dude give me my money I don't have time for this. He eventually did and I left. Next time this happens I will be calling the police.

I remember when convenient stores were convenient. I stop by this location enough to notice self checkout really doesnt help when you still have to ask for tobacco or wait to be serviced in the self service line. Having 2 cashiers on shift while one solely assists the self checkout is counterintuitive. Great idea. Poor execution.

Worst Circle K in all of Apache Junction. It did not even give me my $0.20 off for gas from there app. Also it literally smells like a cat through the whole store.

Four different time the cashier set my change off to the side without offering it to me. If I hadn't asked for it she would've kept it. I no longer go there. I had been going there there for years , they know me and this is how they treat me??
