i live in one of the apartment complexes this towing company services and they don't do their jobs. They are supposed to tow any unstickerd vehicles (or vehicles without temporary passes) in our lot but they don't. We have serious parking issues being in downtown mesa and it would be nice if they actually performed the service they are supposed to provide. Every friday and saturday, which they claim they are operating, we fill up and half the vehicles do not have any authorization to park here. I've seen their responses to criticism, so i'm just going to go to the property management with my concerns. Just wanted to pass this along to any other property managers that may be thinking of using their services. They don't seem very diligent. Response to owner: they do allow it, you were out here every weekend for about two weeks. Then stopped. Management has been very clear and sent out several emails That this is the case…

I had called axle to help with one of my businesses trucks. They were very helpful getting the truck back to my yard. Problem with their service is that the inventory that was on the truck when they towed it was open and a few boxes had been gone through. It's furniture so there was nothing they could take but it was unnerving that they went through it on the way to the shop. That means they stopped somewhere to go through stuff before they drop the truck off. So strange!

Tried getting a hold of the company and all I get is forwarded call.... how is my apartment complex supposed to enforce the parking if the tow service isn't reliable???

Unfortunately due to the lack of doing the bare minimum, our apartment complex had my car towed while my husband and I were on vacation June 10th-17th. No warnings, no initiative to locate the owner of the car, no emails to remind the complex tenants to re-enter car information into the complex portal that they, the apartment complex, failed to just move the information over - *nothing*. I have never had my car towed away in my life - you can probably imagine the stress my husband and I were feeling. After many emails to the apartment complex asking for the towing company contact information (it was like pulling teeth out of a cat) - it led us to Axle Towing. I had *no idea* what to expect or even how to proceed as this has never happened to me before. I called on the 18th, spoke with Chrissy (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) who made it so incredibly easy on what our options were and how to proceed. Due to the hefty fee (as the car was towed on the 14th without us knowing) and the car itself was under some major maintenance problems, we chose to “surrender” the car over to the towing company which would waive the fees according to their policies. Chrissy explained everything very thoroughly and I never felt like I was judged or causing a nuisance. After dealing with the stress, anxiety and failure of being helpful from the apartment complex, it was very refreshing that the process was so easy and Chrissy even helped us today in-person with surrendering the car over.

A scab of a tow company!! These guys are scabs and only looking to make money off of people. Had my vehicle in a handicap spot and my placard fell and was on the floor and they towed my vehicle even with seeing the handicap placard in there. Let alone ive lived here for 3 yrs and park in the same spot every day. Taking advantage of people with disabilities. Very bad phone customer service and rude!!! Do yourself a favor and let everyone know!!!

My car was wrongfully towed, they broke my intake actually dragged it across the pavement and put I dent in it. I call the tow place, they were very rude and couldn’t give me any information whatsoever as I’m telling her my intake was broken she asks me if I have proof and I tell her” I’m literally holding it in my hand” she tells me it’s not her problem and hangs up in my face. It was very unprofessional rude and not careful with people’s belongings. Incredibly disrespectful and unreasonable to tell me it’s not her problem why she’s towing on the weekend when they are open Monday thru Friday and she tells me “24h towing” and can’t tell me what’s going to happen and how much it would be for after hour release ?. Regardless of it being aftermarket you guys till broke it. That’s cost money, the part is broken it will no longer work due to the damage you caused. There was nothing wrong with the part before it got towed period. Your customer service is also trash you guys are really pathetic for telling customers it’s not their problem and hanging up in one’s face. It’s not cute and it seems to happen to many other customers yall are very annoying.

*car was not mine, my entire neighborhood hates these guys. And yeah, they did need the car on THEIR property on MOTHERS DAY. Obviously. I get it, you’re big tough guys that think they can tow whatever they want with no consequences just to get that paycheck. Well the reviews speak for themselves. ?
This is the worst, shadiest business of the most lowlife people on the planet earth. They have towed cars OUT OF MY NEIGHBORS YARD on holidays when their establishment is CLOSED so they can’t even get their car same day and they have to pay all the overnight fees. They do this REGULARLY to cars that are LEGALLY parked. They will literally do ANYTHING to get money, including breaking laws.

Moving to new place and didn’t finish unloading U Haul so planned on finishing in the am..woke and U-Haul GONE!?? When found it was towed I called and was told the driver (at 6am!) looked around, waited 15min and assumed it was abandoned!!??? There are no signs anywhere stating no parking!! WT* ? This is obviously a very crooked company and should be avoided AT ALL COSTS‼️ I’m a retired Mercedes Benz internet director so I will contact my team and make sure we kill them on internet reviews ???
