What a great AutoZone! I've been a regular customer at my AutoZone in Wisconsin, but while visiting Apache Junction, my horn started beeping in the middle of the night. The gentleman I worked with at AJ's AutoZone helped diagnose the problem, verified that my battery was toast and the probable cause of the alarm, and helped install a new battery quickly and efficiently. Superior service, great pricing (as expected from them!), and an overall pleasant trip that solved a worrisome issue. You just can't do better than dealing with AutoZone.

Impress with young new highers. Very eager to help. Very attentative and helpful. Had to go there 4 times in one day. They were on their business helping costumers. I also was impressed with how upbeat and quick they were in helping us. They didn't have the key for lock nut on my rims. But they did everything they could in trying to help us. Very pleased with new highers an Autozone employees over all. I've been going here 15 years. I've seen so many employees come and go. Ilove how diverse they are and how well they work together.

Bought spark plugs & used my rewards # witch is kept in there computer & they said no receipt is needed for returns,, witchbis a lie ,they gave me wrong plugs & won't return them because I don't have receipt witch they never gave me !!Teller looked up my rewards # & seen I bought them there ,but said no refund without receipt!!What a scam !°
