“Abe is solid. I showed up knowing I would need brake work done after 1.5 days of hearing metal on metal. He charged me a little over $100 for what would have been over $450 elsewhere due primarily to unnecessary add-ons. He was patient with me despite my rims not having a universally used socket for the lugnuts. Easy to communicate with and Abe works fast. Honest dude with beyond fair pricing. Just to do the back brakes they quoted me 497.00 I got the front and the back brakes done at Miranda's for 300.00.”

I worked with Mike at the front desk and Bill in the shop and both are outstanding, friendly and do an excellent top shelf job!
I came to James Tire for a simple alignment when they found a problem in my front end. They saved me from wasting my money on an alignment that in the long run would be a waste of money because my control arms were shot. I Have a maintenance warranty through EPP and Mike processed the paperwork for me, without reservation, and did what they had to do to get the job done. I can’t thank these guys enough for their perseverance, and professionalism! When EPP sent a warranty adjuster to check on the legitimacy of the job, the result was a full acceptance of the quoted work and price.
My car Handles better now than it did when I drove it off the Honda sales lot!”

“Looking at sand cars on Facebook I came across Joey potentially selling his car. His post showed that his wiring had been redone. I asked who did it and he said his shop. So after discussion over the phone I dropped my new-to-me sandcar off to him. Once he got into it he did what an honest person would and called and told me the bad was worse than expected. He gave me a scenario that was not what we had originally discussed due to the conditions and then gave an alternate that, intern cost more money, which he wasn’t trying to do per my budget. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism and we went with his suggestion. Total game changer in what I now own. I can feel safe now that my car is not a wiring fire hazard. Joey and his crew are top notch. They went above and beyond and due to that he has earned my business going forward. Even with being an hour away from where I live, sometimes you find people or businesses you can trust and distance or time doesn’t come into consideration anymore.
