Drove 35 miles - and my passcode doesn't work. This is a repetitive problem - and you will NEVER get anyone on the phone to address the problem - or find anyone in the office. You're just locked out until they happen to fix the problem. They're system is designed to ensure you never talk to a human. They claim #1 in customer service. Impossible to believe since they prevent any customer contact.

It appears as though Apache Junction Boat and RV storage has been taken over by Cubesmart. As a customer of this lot for over 3 years, I find it utterly disrespectful that there was not even a notice given to customers that there will be a new company taking over the property... the 2nd time in 6 months. So you could imagine my shock when this company emails me saying I owe them money. My first thought was this has to be a scam. I still have not been able to get in touch with Cube smart or the old Apache Junction Boat and Rv storage. No one answers and voice-mail is full.

Perfect place for my RV.Lower prices then most.Brian the guy in office has been helpful with info about the area. I just moved here from CA. Brian has made the move here easier.I recommend AJ storage for storing my RV

Never answers, voicemail is always full… management cut the lock off of our storage and put a new one on so when we try to get into it today we couldn’t. And of course nobody answers like always.

Everything was awesome at this place until the new owners took over. I had my RV here for almost two years without incident. Now my camper has been broke into and the secure facility they promised is in horrible shape! Just today I found RV’s with ramp doors down and windows broken. I wonder if the facility even let these customers know that there was a break in and check your property? Most of the exterior fencing is down, fencing is damaged, outside trees are overgrown into facility, and the drainage is so bad an enclosed trailer sunk into a 3ft hole. Do yourself a huge favor, do not use this place! I am sure glad I moved my RV out of here!

We used this facility to store our travel trailer for nearly a year and were very happy with it. Staff was pleasant to deal with, billing was efficient, and the prices were much better than at places like Dollar Storage.

One star is one to many!! OMG.... we rented a spot, when we took our trailer to park it the next day it had another trailer in it!!! Called and they said they would figure it out , blamed a mid western!! Never got a call back and know No one is answering the phone, office or cell.
