Great Shop! They have always taken care of me and family members. NEVER once has Steve tried to "upsell" or rip me or my family off. One of my family members went in for an alignment since the wheel was shaking violetently and Steve had told her that its a wheel balance issue and did not want to charge her for something that is un-needed. Had multiple alignments done within the past few years from them. Great business overall! He offers the cheapest alignment in Mesa (as far as I know) and always does a great job. Their mechanic work is fairly priced, in my opinion it isn't overly priced and isn't underpriced! Still cheaper than dealer and most independant shops. I was first referred by my primary mechanic to do an alignment and just loved coming here! The location may not be in a great area, but don't let that scare you! They do awesome business and will keep my business!!!

This is the only auto repair facility I trust and use. The entire staff is amazing. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians are second to none. Repairs are made in a timely manner. Honesty is hard to find these days, it's concern #1 at this facility. From the diagnostics to the actual repair the attention to detail , quality and honesty shines like a beacon. Family owned and operated and it shows. The respect they have for their business is reflected in the way they treat the customers. They don't just "fix" your vehicle. They take the time to make all needed repairs. Highly recommend.

I absolutely recommend this shop to everyone. The office staff and the mechanics are such amazing people! They are very honest about everything. They did work on my Corolla just a few days before I decided to trade it in for a Tundra. I trust them 100% with the truck, too. I've already had them do the coolant on the truck like they did on the car. I am taking the truck back to them in a few days for a couple of things, and I have no doubts or worries about the quality of work they will be doing. I refuse to take my truck ANYWHERE ELSE! A-1 Auto & Muffler Repair is my go-to place for professional, honest, affordable vehicle maintenance and repair! I absolutely LOVE this place and all the people there!!!!!

Great shop and friendly people I had broke down with my starter not working. The roadside service guy got it started for me and told me I needed a new starter. He recommended A1 which was just up the road. They got me in immediately, I went next-door to have lunch and they were done in 1/3 of the time they said they would be. Great place and service. I would highly recommend them and will be going back.

Best mechanic shop in AJ! Have taken multiple cars here multiple times. They are honest, helpful, quick and friendly. So happy I found them!
