“Our kitty has been a patient since 2010. We’ve always appreciated the attentive services from the time we arrive until we leave. She’s been well cared for with each visit. Unfortunately, our kitty bit and scratched the veterinarian on this visit. A first for this type of behavior. The veterinarian handled it with grace. Sorry.”
