I’m retired and handicapped and I rely on my e-bike just to get around campgrounds. I landed in Phoenix to start my tour of the west on the first stop my bike, brand, doesn’t work. Woody pulled the miracle and I’m back on the road again. Thanks Sunset you rock my world so far from home.

Amazing bike shop. I was an out of town visitor and they really treated me right. Friendly, responsive, and competent. Cary, one of the shop's owners, went above and beyond in helping me track down a problem and was super nice along the way. I recommend this shop without hesitation!
