“I have been a customer of our Anthem/New River neighborhood UPS store for many years and have never had unsatisfactory service. Each employee has a wonderful attitude of service. The owner has maintained a loyal group and leads by example. I can not count the number of times they have assisted me in very important matters and during time constraints. They never hesitate to go one step further to bring great customer service. GREAT JOB UPS!”

“i have come to this location twice the first time juan helped me with printing and emailing documents and was a wonderful help and so friendly ! so i came back today and richard helped me with emailing finding documents in my phone for me and printed over 50 pages i others r wouldn’t of known how to do i am not very good at technology have just moved to arizona 2 months ago, and your staff at this location is by far the most friendly patient and helpful ups emoyees( ever) i really appreciate you guys!!!!!! you deserve a raise and it may not seem like a big deal but i could not of gotten these legal documents completed without their help sincerly a greatful!!! customer”

“Needed some information on some services that UPS provides and the young associate behind the counter was very nice, but didn’t seem too knowledgeable regarding my inquiry. He did ask the manager about it and she was able to help both of us. Unfortunately, the cost of doing business has gone up quite a bit, otherwise this would have been 5 stars. All things considered, it was still a very pleasant experience.”
