But I’ll tell you in a chaotic environment with people pulling you in a dozen different directions, Ben is an asset worth recognizing. Knowledgeable, kind, and an absolute professional, Ben is the first person I ask for when calling. Behind the scenes, Nicole is by far the most amazing pharmacist we’ve ever had. She’s always smiling, knows your birthday by heart (at least me and my family), and is quick to tell you if she is behind and will next an extra minute or two. These folks are like family - Nicole, Ben?! We’re coming over for Thanksgiving!”

“We are traveling and needed antibiotics for an ear infection. We came to Albertsons pharmacy on the recommendation of a local pharmacist and could not have been happier with the service. Pharmacist Jennifer Anyiko helped us immediately and was extremely professional. She showed concern for my husband's health and our our out of pocket costs. ( We had tried Walgreens first, they planned to take 3 hours to fill it, but filed insurance immediately. I tried calling to get Walgreens to cancel and Jennifer also tried calling but Walgreens poor service extends to not answering the phone.) Jennifer found a discount so that we could get the medication without insurance. She was wonderful, if I could give 10 stars I would!”

“I have to say I was hesitant to try this Rosati's based on some of the reviews but I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. Having moved here from Chicago, I miss truly "thin crust" pizza. Cave Creek Rosati's has it spot on! I felt like I was in a Chicago Rosati's. Also, Nathan R., our bartender and server, was friendly and attentive. He was serving the bar and the tables and was doing a great job. Love that there are happy hour beer specials as well. We will be back.”

“I have had a very good experience with this pharmacy. My dog's seizure medication can't be on automatic refill because it is a controlled substance, but the pharmacy texts me every month and all I have to do is click a button to have the prescription refilled. It has always been available even earlier than the promised date. The pickup is easy. There are never any lines and the staff is friendly and competent. I have been to a lot of different pharmacies in the last couple of years because I check the Good RX price for this medication (which changes every few of months for the different pharmacies). This Fry's pharmacy has been the best out of the CVS, Walgreens, and Costco pharmacies that I have been frequenting over the last few years.”

“This Fry's is great! I'm from Phoenix and used to some rough Fry's. This one is always clean, the cashiers are always friendly, the Starbuck's employees are great, the selection is great...there a few things I was unable to find, but luckily there are 4 other Fry's nearby. The sushi bar is delicious...wouldn't get it at night, but that's not their fault.”

“I am writing to commend the excellent service I received from the Walgreens in Anthem Arizona at this location 2411 W Anthem WayAnthem, AZ 85086.Katarina the lead pharmacist has on several occasions went above and beyond to make sure I get my medications. But recently I had a situation where my endocrinologist was not available to fill my insulin medication before a flight. My sugar was over 300 and I had a splitting headache and Rebecca & Patty were at the pharmacy this day and they stopped what they were doing called my doctor several times an even called my insurance to try to help get my prescription. With no avail it was unsuccessful. They still didn't give up! They had recently opened their minute clinic . They called over and got me an instant appointment and within an hour had my prescription ready and I was able to get my sugar down. I am beyond grateful and will never forget this experience. It gave me hope that there are really good people still out there and that customer service still exist. A million thank yous!! I Love this staff And I must say seeing it also under the manager named Lisa has also makes this Walgreens outstanding.”

I had to get a couple vaccines/TB test out of the way for an upcoming medical program, and she was so kind and answered all my questions. Scheduling and check in were easy. I would definitely come back to this location!”
“This location gets 2 thumbs up from me! Super helpful pharmacist, Brian, went above and beyond to assist with a Rx error that was the Dr’s fault. He listened to my situation, stepped in to call the doctor, and update me on the status of everything. Grateful for his assistance! Also, the young man who works the front cashier is adorable and so nice. Always friendly and greets you on the way in and says bye on your way out. This location is not the closest one for me, but worth it!”

“Probably the only establishment who's staff in Anthem is 100% not awful. They really will just help you with all kinds of things, including stuff they dont even have to. Pharmacy and Store side, both have great staff that actually care.”
