I have been with Justin and his team for well over a decade. I don't think I could ever trust anyone else. They are absolutely phenomenal at what they do and how they do it. Justin is one of the most genuine of people I've ever met, and he hires people that conduct themselves just as thoughtfully. I will stay with Justins office indefinitely!

We have been with State Farm for over 30 years and have moved several times. We've been in AZ with Justin's branch for 5 years now, and I hope he stays where he's located. We love his customer service....

We have used Justin Simons for about 15 years now for life insurance and the past 3 years for home, auto, and umbrella. We recently added a business policy as well. He's saved us a shocking amount of money compared to earlier policies. I wish I had called sooner! We have worked with Joseph Gidley, who has been fantastic to work with... friendly, great with follow up, knowledgable! What more could you want, plus the company is great in supporting our community!

I don't know how Justin was able to get me such good rates without sacrificing coverage, but I do know that he works hard on setting the standard on customer service. My only regret is not calling him sooner!

We were referred to Justin but did not meet him since he was busy but was given the BEST guy ever, Joseph Gidley who was out standing.Joe answered all my questions and was so easy to deal with. I had been with Farmers for years and there is NO comparison. Thank you Joe for taking GREAT care of my HOME,AUTO AND UMBRELLA policies for my family.

Awesome effective communicators - phone, email and mail. They are SO helpful and very quick to respond to needs. I have called them about random question and they diligently take their time to answer me fully and happily! I have had to change my home and car policy needs a few times and they are attentive and really on top of things. Home, auto, trailer, personal articles, they are great!

I would not recommend doing business with this agent You'll be lucky if you even get a call back from one of his office members when you try to get ahold of him All they want is your Money and other than that they don't care If you have a problem good luckBecause this agent is definitely not gonna help you with anything

PSA: don't use State Farm for anything. My finances truck has been stuck on the side of the freeway since Saturday. First he found out they accidentally canceled his policy. Then they charged him $400 for two months of coverage which is ludicrous. Then the tow truck "couldn't find the vehicle" Saturday...but didn't tell us that. We found out ourselves by driving by discount tire on Sunday morning to find that his truck wasn't there. 8 phone calls later (an hour each) and he was told that he'll still have to pay out of pocket for a tow because "they'll be underwriting his policy for another week." However the office of the state farm person that took his $400 is closed today-on a Monday. Really? Then why was some inept guy sent on Saturday night to tow it? I've never seen anything like this in my life. I have had geico since I was 16 years old...and I've had no issues. They even give me a rental car if I'm having repairs done. Do yourself a favor and switch now if you have state farm...because this is what it would be like if you need them for anything.
