I called Debbie on April 12th saying we needed an agent to buy a home, and we closed May 20th! Everything went very smoothly, the process couldn't have been easier. She lined up 9 homes for us to look at and we took the last one. Good communication all along via email and phone calls.

Debbie was always on top of making sure repair requests were submitted and was always just a quick call or text away whenever I had any questions. Moving for elderly people can be one of the most difficult and emotional experiences. My mother-in-law recently moved into a wonderful independent living community but 20-some-odd years of life in her Anthem home came with its challenges. As they moved out, Debbie rose to the occasion with cleaners, content removal, and landscaping with her list of professionals. Her primary goal, in this case, is to represent the buyer, give them a dose of reality and prepare their home for the best selling scenario. We highly recommend her and appreciate her high level of professionalism, and in this instance, her deep compassion for those who are going through a difficult transition. Bravo!!!
